~~~~3rd POV~~~~

After dinner, when everyone was sleeping, [Name] and Mika came home. [Name]'s arm over Mika's shoulder to help her walk "I'm alright now Mika, I can walk on my own" she yawned, opening the door and walking inside. Mika turned the light on before they both climbed up the ladder that led to the little space everyone slept. Yu was still awake and sitting up

"Aw, you stayed up, I'm touched" [Name] smiled a toothy grin

"Whatever" Yu lay back down, facing away from Mika and [Name]

"Don't tell me you're still angry" Mika asked, getting off the ladder and kneeling next to Yu

"Course not, I ate your portion of the curry so we're even"

"Wha?!"

"No way!"

"I'm kidding. The kids really enjoyed I though" Yu said "So? What did you have to do to get the curry?" Yu sat up "next time, I'll trade for my blood"

"No ones gonna want to trade your bad-tasting blood for anything" Mika said bluntly. Yu gave him a look that said 'are you serious?!'

"Just kidding. You shouldn't worry so much, leave the rest to me"

"Stop taking all the burden on yourself, I'm not stupid, I know how strong the vampires are. I know that beating them is impossi-"

"Ah, I don't wanna hear it. These kids really believe in your words. 'We can defeat the vampires. We won't lose' these words you keep repeating." Mika started to cry tears of happiness

*clears throat*

"Eh?" Mika and Yu looked at [Name]

"Right then, now that we're over the sappy stuff can we eat some curry? I'm starving" [Name] whined

"Here. You never ate, right?" Mika said, handing a small pink bowl of curry to Yu

"I don't want any, it's yours" Yu tried pushing his hand away

"Nope. This isn't a request it's an order" Mika said, after placing the bowl in front of him

"Why do I have to take orders from you?!"

Mika pulled out a gun "Cause you're gonna fight the vampires with this. But you can't fight on an empty stomach, right?" Mika handed Yu the gun

"Woah..."

"If you think that's impressive check this out. Tah-dah! A map of this city. It even shows us where all the exits are"

"Eh? Did you get those from that noble?" [Name] asked but all Mika did was smile
