Olivia's POV

My shift just ended and I walked out of our office. I looked around the café until I saw the blonde girl sitting down at the same table. I grabbed the 2 coffees that I've made before I finished my shift and I walked towards her.

"Thank you for waiting for me." I said as I sat down in front of her, giving her the coffee.

"No, thank you for being so kind to me when you don't even know me." she said with a bright smile.

"Well how about we change that?" I asked her and she nodded. "Where are you from?"

"I'm from Ohio." Hannah answered. "I lived there my whole life and I wanted a change. I really love fashion. Ever since I was a little kid I wanted to be a stylist. And I figured I'd have a bigger chance in a city like LA." she told me as I listened closely.

"This city is full of opportunities. I really think you can make it here. I mean, judging by how good you're dressed now, I wouldn't be surprised if in a year I'd see your name on a Vogue magazine cover. " I said as she smiled.

"Stop, you're too kind. What about you? How long have you been living in LA?" Hanna asked me.

"A little over two weeks. Getting used to the American lifestyle was for sure challenging for me." I replied.

"Oh, you're not from the States?"

"No, I'm from Romania." I said, waiting for the questions about vampires.

"Oh my god, that's so cool. Must've been a big change for you." she said.

"Okay, you're the first person that didn't ask about vampires." I said as we both laughed. "But yeah, it was pretty weird in the beginning."

"How come you moved all the way across the world?

"I needed to get away. My life back home wasn't great so I saved up and moved here. And I actually love it." I answered her.

"I'd love to live here." Hannah said as she looked out the window, admiring the sunset.

"You don't?" I asked her as she looked back at me.

"No, I'm staying in a hotel. I looked for some apartments but the rents are crazy." she said, a hint of sadness in her voice.

Hannah was a really sweet girl. She didn't deserve to feel this way. And I get it, the prices in LA are insanely high and that was stopping her from following her dream. And I'll be damned if I let that happen. Suddenly an idea popped into my head.

"Hey, I was thinking and, if you want, you can come live with me." I said as I watched her shocked expression.

"Sorry, what?" Hannah asked confused.

"I have an extra room. If I'm being honest, I've been looking for a roommate." I offered as she shook her head from side to side.

"I can't! I don't wanna bother you in any way. And what about the rent?" she said.

"Honey you wouldn't bother me at all. And I own the house. The only thing you would have to pay for are groceries, bills and house necessities. And those will be split in half since there would be 2 of us." I reassured her.

She looked like she was considering my offer.

"Are you sure?" she asked me one last time.

"I'm sure, yes." I told her.

She took a moment to think about it but then she spoke up.

"Okay, I'm in." Hannah said as I got up and hugged her.

"Oh my god you just made me the happiest girl." I said as she giggled.

"I just got offered a place to live rent free. I think I'm the happier one." she said as we made our way to the parking lot and to her car.

I got in the passenger seat as she got behind the wheel and started driving. We were going to the hotel she was staying at to pick up her stuff.

After she checked out, I gave her my address and we started driving to my house.

She parked in my driveway and as we got out of the car, the infamous minivan was leaving the garage.

"Hey Olivia, am I tripping or are those the Sturniolo Triplets?" Hannah asked me a little bit shocked.

"Yeah, they are." I replied and I waved to the triplets, making them stop their car right next to us.

"What are you doing?" Hannah asked me but was interrupted by Nick.

"Hi Liv." he said giving me a side hug as Matt and Chris got out of the car and walked towards us. I also hugged Chris and Matt.

"You guys, this is my new roommate, Hannah." Nick and Matt said hi, but Chris looked lost in thought. Matt elbowed him in the ribs, causing Chris to snap out of it and say hi to the girl. "Hannah, these are our neighbours, the triplets." I said as she waved.

"We have names, you know?" Matt said sarcastically.

"Oh whatever, these are Nick, Chris and Bernard. " I said as Matt's jaw dropped and Hannah laughed.

"Fuck you, Livi!" he said jokingly.

"You wish." I replied without thinking. As I realised what I just said I started to feel my cheeks growing hotter. Matt's eyes widened but thankfully, Nick spoke up, breaking the silence.

"Why did you never introduce us to your friend?"

"Oh, because we just met like one hour ago." I replied.

"Wait, actually?" Matt asked me.

"Yeah, we met maybe 15 minutes after you guys left."

"And we clicked instantly. She's the sweetest human being." Hannah said making me turn to her and smile.

"Says you." I said.

"I hate to cut this short, but we have to go film and Chris is dragging us to McDonald's before." Matt said as Chris' head snapped to him.

"The fuck? That's not true." he said as Nick rolled his eyes.

"You guys can argue in the car, okay?" he told his brothers before hugging me and Hannah. "But maybe we can hangout after we're done."

"Great, see you guys later then." I said as Hannah waved and opened her trunk. The boys said bye and walked back to their car.

After 2 hours, me and Hannah were done unpacking. She went to sit on the couch in the living room as I made a cup of tea for both of us.

"I was thinking that maybe we could put some bean bags and buy a video projector for the downstairs room." I said.

"We could also look for a mini fridge so we wouldn't have to walk upstairs to get drinks. And maybe a karaoke set with 2 microphones and a speaker." she continued.

"I love those ideas. Let me write them down so we can start looking soon. Also, there's this place where I got my nightstands and desk from. They have really cute furniture and it's also high quality, if you wanna look for stuff for your room." I told her as she took a sip from her tea.

"I would actually love that. Thank you, Liv!" she said as she reached and took my hand in hers.

"Anytime, Henny!" I said squeezing her hand lightly.
