Morning...

As the early morning sun slowly began to rise from the horizon in a golden glow, some people would take time to appreciate the natural beauty of the skies of Ninjago while others were not as welcoming to the glistening rays, especially when some of those brightening rays managed to perfectly maneuver themselves through the smallest cracks and landed right onto the unsuspecting sleeper's eyes. However, one of these casualties just so happened to be enjoying the warming rays of sunshine greeting them to wake up.

While the sun began to make its presence known in the spare bedroom window, disrupting a somewhat peaceful slumber, Alisa couldn't help but moan groggily as she began to rouse from her sleep. It was only after she awoke to an ideal morning after she sat up in her comfy bed and stretched her arms out with a small yawn, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. Alisa took a deep breath and slowly exhales with a soft smile, a good night's sleep was what she needed to feel ready to commence her ninja training on the training course.

As she slowly drags herself to her feet from the edge of the bed, Alisa grabs her clothes and heads to the bathroom to get dressed for the day. Like every morning at home, she showers and bathes and then puts on her clothes, next she brushes her teeth, then brushes her hair as she fixes it into a nice braid over her shoulder. She studies her reflection afterwards and puts on a smile on her face, but her smile slowly falters in her reflection as she couldn't help but have some thoughts about all this. Back home, when she looked in the mirror, she saw nothing but a beautiful and kind village girl, simple and plain, but normal. She isn't sure what to think anymore. Somewhere deep inside that girl is raw, untapped potential, waiting to be unlocked. Her gaze shifts down to her hands. If Wu is right about her, those very hands are capable of extraordinary things. There's power at her very fingertips, and that knowledge alone makes her brain feel like it's pumping like a drum as if there's so much going on inside her head.

Her thoughts were cut off when her stomach suddenly softly grumbles, then Alisa lets out a sigh and heads for the kitchen to make breakfast. Due to the silence in the monastery, she could assume that everyone else is still asleep, which means she's the first person to wake up early. Since the boys were being so very thoughtful, Alisa thought she would return the favor by making breakfast for everyone while waiting for them to wake up. Although, she doesn't interact with the others much, but when she does, she does her best to remain polite and ladylike. As she entered the kitchen and turned on the lights, Alisa grabs a tea pot from the counter and starts making tea by filling the pot with hot water and placing it on the stove she just turned on. She then grabbed some food supplies to cook breakfast. She scramble some fried eggs, fry steamed bacon, and flip over some pancakes, just enough for everyone in the monastery. Once breakfast is ready, Alisa sets the table in the dining room for five people and places the food out in the center of the table.

A pair of footsteps enters the room and she looks up to see the Ninja Master before she bows politely to him. "Good morning, Sensei Wu."

"Good morning, Alisa. I trust you have slept well." Wu greets her with a gentle smile on his lips, stroking his long white beard.

"Yes, sir. I slept very well." Alisa smiles back with her hands clasped in front of her before a sharp whistle was heard from the kitchen. "Oh, the tea must be ready." She realized as she heads to the kitchen and turns off the stove, carefully carrying the hot teapot to the dining room and setting it in the center of the table. "I hope you don't mind, I made breakfast for all of you."

"That is very thoughtful of you, Alisa. Thank you." Wu said gratefully as he sat down at the head of the table.

While Alisa pours some cups of tea, the sound of several sets of footsteps and moaning yawns were heard from the three boys, who all came down the hall and entered the dining room as if they just woke up before their eyes all went completely wide awake when they were in awe to see the setup dining table filled with a full-course, freshly cooked, delicious breakfast.
