Hello!
First of all, I would like to apologize for going away unannounced for so long. It has been almost two years since my last update (Chapter 46) and I myself cannot believe it.
Life got hectic but more than that I was not able to write this story. After the show killed our couple, I was left dealing with a major disconnect I felt, no matter how much I watched and felt for them. And I just couldn't pen a word for the next update. For two years, I have had a half -written update in my drafts that I have tried time and again to complete but to no avail.
Apart from that, there were my own set of personal issues to deal with apart from this huge writing block I struggled with for so many months before I stumbled across yrkkh season 4 and grew to love the couple. Except, they broke my heart too. It is finally now that I am finding myself reconnecting with Adilie and the writer within me.
I had begun this fanfic in 2021 at a time where I was sure no one would even read it because there were so few people in the fandom. If I could do it then, I can do it now.
I don't know how many of my readers of Lakeerein are still around and still interested to read this book but I'm back and want to complete this story.
Apart from that, this is to tell that my writing style has changed a little in these two years hence the newest update and all updates from now shall reflect the same.
