AUTHOR'S POV
5 pm, in the evening
"Hey Myra! Come here" Niharika shouted with a tinge of excitement in her voice.
Myra—who just entered the room—immediately turned towards the voice. She had been in her thoughts, daydreaming the entire walk to the academy.
"Stop screaming! You'll scare away the poor girl" Harsh snapped at Harika.
"Yes, we wouldn't want you to lose your first-ever friend to hearing loss now, would we?" Sahil mocked.
"Shut up, doofus" She replied.
Amidst all the bickering, Myra walked up to the group's spot and muttered a quick greeting while sitting down beside Niharika.
"Hello! How are you, Niharika?" She asked, trying to appear interested.
"Hello, I'm good. Okay, few points to note down: Firstly, call me Harika because that's what my friends call me. Secondly, are you unwell? You don't seem very happy"
Myra was surprised. One, because Niharika—oops! Harika considered her as a friend. That's great news! Two, Harika noticed she was not as jolly as the day before. It made her feel alarmed. Was it because of her face? Maybe she had dark circles under her eyes or maybe was it because of her tiredness.
She couldn't decipher how Harika noticed such a minor and honestly, unnecessary detail about herself.
But, she was happy. Why one might ask?
Because Harika noticed. She noticed Myra wasn't feeling herself today and assumed she was unwell. It might not be a big deal for many, but it was for Myra.
While Myra was lost in her thoughts again, Harika was trying to garner her attention.
"Myra? Hey, Myra?? You there..?"
"Hey Myra, you okay?" Harsh asked, waving his hand in front of her face.

MYRA
"Oh yes!" I said, quickly.
"I'm alright, just thinking about something. I haven't been feeling well since last night, couldn't sleep well. I just feel tired, thank you for noticing Harika."
"No big deal, Myra. What's keeping you stressed? Ayna, ippudu vadile. Nenu unanukada, assala stress tesukovaku" Harika replied, nudging my shoulder.
(Anyways, don't take any stress. Especially since I'm here with you, you're not allowed to take stress)
"By the way, Adhrit said he's going be joining us from today right?" Ahaan asked.
"Oh yes! I completely forgot. I'm happy for him seeing as he didn't want to stop attending classes last year too. Very unfortunate whatever happened last year though" Sahil continued.
"Is this the guy who greeted you yesterday?" I asked Harika, silently.
"Yes! Adhrit anna. He's going to join classes from today" She replied back, in the same tone.

AUTHOR'S POV
"Everyone come, let's start our class. It's already late enough" Naresh shouted, garnering our attention.
Everyone changed into their non-marking shoes and quickly hopped off the gallery and gathered near Sir. Harika stood behind her brother, Ahaan and Sahil along with Myra.
