Author's POV:

Jennie and Lisa sat at opposite ends of the long table, surrounded by their respective friends, yet miles apart in every sense. They exchanged few words, their connection buried under layers of unspoken feelings and tension. Jennie's eyes, however, couldn't help but drift toward Lisa, secretly tracing her every move, even though he knew he shouldn't.

When Lisa stood up to head to the washroom, Jennie saw his chance. He needed a moment alone with her, away from the watchful eyes of their friends. Turning to his group, he casually said, "I'll be back in a minute, guys. Just need to use the washroom."

With a few distracted nods, Jennie slipped away, positioning himself strategically outside the washroom, his mind racing with what he would say to her. But his thoughts were interrupted by a voice that sent a shiver down his spine.

"Hey, handsome."

Jennie's heart skipped a beat as he turned to find Tyuzu standing there, her eyes glinting with playful mischief. It was the last thing he needed-Tyuzu, the model he had once used for nothing more than fleeting moments of pleasure, now standing dangerously close. His heart raced for all the wrong reasons.

As Tyuzu moved in closer, Jennie's nerves skyrocketed. Lisa could step out of the washroom any second, and he couldn't let her see him with Tyuzu-not like this.

"Tyuzu, what are you doing here?" Jennie's voice cracked slightly, betraying his anxiety.

Tyuzu's smirk deepened, savoring his discomfort. "You're nervous, aren't you? Why?"

Jennie forced a smile, trying to mask his panic. "N-no, I'm not nervous. But seriously, why are you here?"

Tyuzu closed the gap between them, her voice dropping to a sultry whisper. "I was just freshening up... and maybe hoping to run into someone worth my time."

Jennie's heart pounded in his chest, but not from attraction-from fear. His eyes darted toward the washroom, praying Lisa wouldn't walk out at that exact moment. But fate wasn't on his side.

As if on cue, the door to the washroom swung open, and Lisa stepped out. Her eyes immediately locked onto Jennie and Tyuzu, standing far too close for comfort. Jennie saw the flicker of hurt and betrayal in Lisa's eyes before she could mask it. The air between them thickened with unspoken emotions.

Panic surged through Jennie. He quickly pushed Tyuzu back, as gently as he could, and rushed toward Lisa. But it was too late. Lisa's face hardened, and before he could reach her, she turned and walked away, her steps quick and determined, leaving Jennie standing there, helpless.

Jennie turned back to Tyuzu, his frustration boiling over. "Tyuzu, whatever happened between us before, it's over. Done. After today, there's nothing between us. Don't ever come near me again."

Tyuzu blinked, taken aback by the intensity in his voice, her playful demeanor faltering. But Jennie didn't give her a chance to respond. He was already moving, his mind racing with how to fix the mess he'd just made with Lisa, the one person who actually mattered.
