Chapter 24 - It's Coming Back To Me

Doctor: "Sun Hee, everything seems great in your full examination results. The only thing is your memories. I am sure that you will be able to regain all your memories. Perhaps slowly but surely it will. So don't worry about it. I will go and prepare the documents for your discharge tomorrow." The Doctor reassured me.

After hearing what the Doctor had told me, I call Jimin up and told him about the good news. "Jimin! The Doctor just told me that my examination results are great and I can be discharge tomorrow!" I told him excitedly.

"Oh my god! Really?! I am so happy right now! That's great, Sun Hee! I am reaching soon. Let's talk when I reach." Jimin exclaimed excitedly.

About 15 minutes later Jimin had arrived.

Jimin: "Sun Hee!~ I am here. Oh my god! I am really so happy that you can be discharge tomorrow!" Jimin hugged me tightly.

Me: "Yeah!~ I can be discharge tomorrow already. Finally..." I smiled while hugging Jimin.

Jimin: "I will be here first thing in the morning and accompany you to wait for discharge." Jimin said while stroking my hair.

Me: "Oh yeah. Do you wanna inform Taehyung too? So that he can know this good news as well?"

Jimin: "Of course! I was too excited earlier. Let me call him and tell him the good news now."

"Taehyung! Good news! Sun Hee can be discharge tomorrow and her examination results are all good. Just would need to work on regaining back her memories, that's all. I will be here tomorrow first thing in the morning. So don't worry!" Jimin exclaimed excitedly over the phone.

Finally, I am discharged on the next day and Doctor has given me 1 more week to rest at home before I can go back to my classes. Luckily, the University and the Professor have been very understanding of my condition and I am grateful for that.

Few days later, I have decided to get out of the house to get some fresh air and I unknowingly strolled towards the direction of this cafe. This cafe somehow looks familiar and unfamiliar to me. I was looking at the interior of the cafe and admiring at it when I saw Taehyung came out of the cafe with a girl who was clinging her arms over his. Then suddenly, a lot of images flashed through my mind like lightning. It had images of myself and Taehyung being very close together, images of us taking photographs for his cafe food menu, images of us at the staycation, etc.And Taehyung saw me and gasped softly while the girl beside him had her eyes glued on Taehyung's and didn't notice my presence at all. I stood there for awhile and didn't know how to react or what to feel. But I saw Taehyung just walked pass me without saying anything. I don't know why but I felt kind of sad, hurt and tears just started flowing down without any reasons. Is that the reason why Taehyung looked sad that day at the hospital when he saw me? Because I didn't remember or recognise him at all? And he is actually my boyfriend instead of Jimin...? But I said that Jimin is my boyfriend...? "Oh no...What should I do now...? I am so sorry Taehyung..." I thought to myself and cried harder.
