Chapter 29 - Together With You Part 2

And our food is here! I would say that the restaurant ambience plus the food make a great combination. The food was delicious and was in a just nice portion. Not too little and not too much for us. Suddenly, the waitress came over with the menu again and asked if we would like to order any desserts.

Me: "May I have the tiramisu, please?" My eyes glowed when I saw that Tiramisu is on the menu.

Jimin: "Tiramisu for me too!" Jimin exclaimed.

Taehyung: "I will get the cocktail milk pudding with caramel sauce."

After we were done with the desserts, Taehyung suddenly said "My friend is actually staying in this hotel now. He just came back from overseas today. Would you guys come with me to visit my friend, just for a little while? I just want to say hello to him and then we will go off from there." Taehyung gave us his usual boxy smile and how could we resist it, right? And so we followed him up to his friend's room.

Upon reaching the room, Taehyung knocked on the door and his friend opened the door for us. His friend signaled us to go into his room and the moment I stepped into the room, all I can see are heart-shaped balloons in different shades of purple sticking on the wall and on the ceiling. There is even a big heart shape on the floor that is made out of purple flower petals. Just as I was admiring the room, Taehyung suddenly ushered me to stand inside the heart shape and he then began to go down on one of his knees. I was too surprised by his sudden actions and could not react in time but was gasping instead.

Taehyung: "I know it has been hard on you especially when you were in a coma and had to tolerate me being so close to Soo Yong previously. But I want you to know that you are all that I have and all that I love, besides my family. My heart has never once swayed, my heart is only meant for you to keep and I really can't imagine my life without you. I really want us to be together forever. So Sun Hee...Will you marry me...???"

My heart is beating super fast right now. I know inside my heart what answer I wanna give him but I was too happy and nervous. So I started stammering when I replied Taehyung. "Y..e..s.. Taeeehyung..."

And Taehyung upon hearing my answer, jumped up with total joy and started spinning me around. He was smiling from ear to ear, as though he is the happiest man in the whole world and both of us started to giggle after that.

Taehyung: "I am really so happy that you have accepted my proposal! I was feeling so nervous just now while proposing to you."

Me: "Did you planned all of this, yourself?" I chuckled.

Taehyung: "With the help of Jimin, of course! The both of us came up with this idea so that you wouldn't suspect anything. And our plan succeeded!" Taehyung winked. And Jimin started giggling too.

Jimin: "It's my pleasure to help you, Taehyungie! I am feeling so happy for the both of you right now." Jimin smiled widely.

Both of our parents and relatives are super excited and happy that we are getting married. And this makes us feeling so happy about it and really nervous at the same time too. We decided to have an intimate wedding so we are not planning to invite too many guests so that we can keep it simple and cozy.
