Reviving Paul

Living Room

"That didn't sound good." Said Justin. "I'll go check on her." Said Derek. He knocks on the bedroom door. "Who's there?" Asked Amanda through her tears. "Amanda, it's Derek. Can I come in?" Derek asked. "Okay." Amanda said.

Derek enters the room and sits next to his sister in-law. "What happened out there? Was Max unable to revive Paul?" He asked. "It's not that. I remember everything I did to him! Now I fear when he wakes up he'll never talk to me again!" Cried Amanda. "You can't think that. He might say it was a dream like Odette and I did." Said Derek. 

"Bro, please, can I go home to Chamberg with you two? I don't know if I can handle facing Paul after how I hurt him!" Amanda said as she grabbed Derek by his shoulders. "I'd say yes, but you might change your mind if he forgives you." Derek said. 

Odette pokes her head into the room. "Everything okay?" She asked. "Well... let's just say Amanda's afraid to face her own husband all of a sudden." Said Derek. "That's not like you, sis. You love Paul, and Paul loves you." Said Odette. "But I remember all the things I've done to him." Said Amanda. "I keep trying to tell her he might not have any memory of what happened." Derek said. "What if he does?" Amanda asked. "Calm down, Amanda. If we know Paul, he won't hold any grudges against you. It's like how you don't hold a grudge against your loved ones." Odette said.

Meanwhile

Alex and Justin meet up with Max, who's still a bit confused about why Amanda ran back inside crying. "Still haven't done the incantation yet, huh?" Asked Alex. "I've been wanting to since Amanda came out here, but she said something about remembering what she did to Paul." Said Max.

"Okay, now I'm confused. She doesn't remember doing the things she did to Derek and Odette, but she remembers what she did to Paul?" Alex asked. "Yeah, I'm a bit baffled too. We know Athalia did all this, right?" Max asked. "Right! Hopefully Paul can convince her it's not her fault once he wakes up." Justin said.

The younger Russos nod in agreement. "Alright, I'm gonna do the incantation now. Stand back, you two." Said Max. His siblings do as they're told as the youngest Russo uses the same incantation he used on Katie from when she was captured a while back.

The morning sun will take his pain, and he will awake renewed again!

Once the third magic ball appeared, this one not only revived the impact of when Paul was thrown out the window, it also healed the scratches on his face and removed the strangulation marks around his neck. All that took place once it touched him and entered his body. Unlike the other magical processes, this one lasted a little longer since Paul suffered more injuries than his in-laws, but it finally ends after five minutes.

Paul lets out a gasp for air once he was fully recovered, then notices the Russos looking down at him. "Are you alright, Paul?" Asked Alex. "I think so. Where's Athalia?" Asked Paul. "You'll be glad to know she's back to Amanda." Said Justin. "She is? That's wonderful!" Paul said with a smile.

"It won't be so wonderful when you hear this." Max said. "Oh no, what is it?" Asked Paul. "Though Amanda doesn't remember doing what she did to Derek and Odette, she remembers what she did to you." Alex said. "But you know it was Athalia, don't you?" Justin asked. "Of course I do. But how can I convince Amanda it's not her fault?" Paul asked.

The Russos exchange a glance as an idea comes to them.
