Y/ns pov

I picked up my phone and saw that it was about to die, so I asked Carrie if I could go to my trailer really quick to get my charger. "It'll be good practice for the crutches." I bargain. "Yeah, sure just be careful!" She says as I walk out. I manage to get there without falling over and notice the doors slightly open.

I open it fully and see Lizzie sat on the floor, with her back to me. "Lizzie?" I say. She scrambles from the floor and holds out the joggers to me. "S-sorry I was just-." She takes a breath, and holds out a piece of paper to me. "I was reading this, it fell out of your pocket, I'm so sorry fo-". I cut her off. "I've been looking for this!" I say, putting it back into my jogger pocket. I walk past her, and start getting my stuff together to go home.

"I've been looking for this!" Y/n exclaims. She just walked right past me. "Wait wait, you're not mad?" I ask her dumbfounded. "Why would I be mad?" She asks scrunching her eyebrows. "It's just if I had done that to my sisters they would've been furious." I tell her. Laughing at the memories from my childhood. She just laughs in response and puts more things in her bag.

A couple minutes pass, and I notice she's in a long coat that's not hers. "Where's the jacket from?" I ask curiously. "Oh it's Carries, just so I could walk over here, that reminds me, I need to change." She says. I hand her back the joggers and she goes to her bathroom. "Let me know if you need any help!" I call from outside. "Will do!" She calls back.
I hear he shuffle around, and what I assume are her crutches falling down. "Shit." I hear her mutter.
"What was that y/n/n?" I say smirking to myself. "Nothinggg" she responds in a sing song voice.

She comes out  a bit later and I pick up her bag for her and open the door. She looks down at her phone that was charging and sighed. "It's only 11%" she tells me. "I have a charger in the car?" Her mouth forms an O shape. "We're going in your car?" She asks. "Yeah" I suddenly feel unsure. "Is that ok?" "Yeah, no that's fine, I -I was just gonna take the bus." She says quietly. "In absolutely no world would I let you do that. Especially now you're injured." I assure her, walking down to the main hall. She hums in response and I open the door for us.

"Why does she care so much?" I think. She's already done more for me in the weeks that I've known her, than my parents have my whole life. I don't have much time to think about it before people start coming up to me and asking questions. Roberts first to approach me, followed by a director, Evans, Brie and Scar. They all ask if I'm ok, and at first I tense at the sudden affection, but then Lizzie answers for me, telling them what happened. And then getting handed a few pieces of paper, which I assume are for me to sign. I mouth her a small "thank you" before making our way back to Carrie to return her coat, and then to the car park.

"I can carry my own stuff you know." I say, hinting  to my bag, and the papers. "Yeah, but we would've been walking for a long time." She chuckles.
We get to her car and she helps me in, once we've left set I offer to type in my address again, but she said she remembered the way.

Time skip

We get to my house, and Lizzie helps me out again. The panic slowly coming back to me,thinking my parents are home, but then I remembered they were gone until later tonight.

I hobbled up the path, with Lizzie following behind me with my bags.
Reluctantly, I opened the door and let her in.

"Hang on, I'll sign those in a minute." I tell her, setting down the crutches. "Oh, there actually for your parents to sign hun. "Are they home?" She peers into the living room that I was supposed to clean earlier, but I just didn't get time to. "Uh no, there uh, on a date." I lie. She nods and sets all my stuff down on the table.
And that's when I realise what else is on the table. A couple empty bottles of vodka and a few empty white packets.
"Is that everything?" I ask trying to steer her away from the table, in hopes she hadn't already seen it.

We walk back up the patch to her house, she opens the door for us and starts putting her crutches down. I was hoping to meet her parents tonight, as I've never actually seen them, but y/n told me they were on a date. I began putting her bags down on a small table in the kitchen. And that's when I see it.
Two empty bottles of vodka, and one still half full. But that's not what caught my attention. What did, were little bags with specs of powder remaining in
them.

Confirming my suspicions.

"Is that everything?" I hear y/n call from the living room. I think for a moment before deciding to question her. I couldn't leave y/n in an unsafe environment. "What's this y/n/n?" I ask, pointing to the bags. I see her eyes widen in shock, and mumble something before walking over to me. "It's uh- it's not mine." She answers quickly. "Well I'd hope not, what I mean is why is it in your house?" I ask more seriously now. She doesn't answer me, she doesn't even look at me. "I don't know." She whispers, after a while. I sigh and look her in the eyes. "Y/n" I start. "I need you to tell me hun, no child should ever have to live in a house with drugs."
She just keeps quiet. I don't know what else to do, as we stand there silently.

A door slamming shut startles both of us, and y/n immediately turns her head around, only to see her parents standing in front of her.
