Sebastian's POV

It had been about an hour since Lucy finished her food, I put her down for a nap on one of the couch's in my office. I also played a little lullaby by her head to help her sleep and keep her asleep. I was as quiet as possible.

I was working on my papers before I heard a rustling sound. I peeked around my computer to see Lucy sitting up and rubbing her eyes, a little pout across her face as she held her arms out to me.

"Aw baby, did you have a good nap?" I asked as I got up to go pick her up. Once I had her, I set her on my lap comfortably. She rested her head on my chest as we sat there, I moved slightly when I felt my phone buzz in my pocket. I pulled it out to see Daphne calling me.

"Mommy's calling, want to say hi to her?" I asked as Lucy looked at the screen with excitement. She nodded excitedly as I answered the phone and put it on speaker.

"Hello?" Came through the phone

"Hi mommy!" Lucy screamed into the phone causing me to laugh.

"Oh hi baby! Do you have daddy's phone?" Daphne laughed

"No I'm right here, it's on speaker. Our baby just woke up from a good nap" I said

"Oh wonderful! Are you behind a good girl for daddy?" She asked

"Well, we had one little mishap didn't we?" I asked looking down at Lucy whose face is turning bright red with embarrassment.

"Uh oh" Daphne said

"It's alright, we fixed it and then had a wonderful lunch and little nap. So what do you need darling?" I asked as I bounced Lucy on my lap making her giggle.

"Oh! I wanted to ask you what you two wanted for dinner and I wanted to let you know I sent the invites for the party out" Daphne said

We are having a New Year's party at our house with family and friends in the community. Lucy is quite excited to have a big party with her friends.

"Oh ok, you know what. Tacos sound amazing" I said smirking at Lucy. Her eyes went big and her smile even bigger "TACOS!" She yelped. You could hear Daphne laughing through the phone at Lucy's excitement.

"Ok tacos it is! I'll be home a little earlier so I'll work on them before you two get home" Daphne said

"Alright darling, I love you bye" I said before she said bye and hung up. I smiled down at Lucy before picking her up to take her back to her little corner so she can play.

She whined and held onto me before I could see her down. I gave her a confused look until I realized what I had promise

"Oh right, you're going to be daddy's little work partner!" I said before siting down at my desk. I see her down next to me before handing her some papers and some crayons. She smiled and happily grabbed her crayons before looking up at me waiting for me to tell her what she needs to do.

"Ok princess, I need you to write down what I say ok? It'll help me finish this faster." I said as I smiled down at her.

"Otay!" She sat the paper down and choose the bright pink crayon which has become her new favorite. She looked back at me waiting for me to start, I chuckled before looking at me screen to start the process.

"Alright princess you did such a good job!" I said looking over the papers, she smiled brightly as if she saved a kitten from a tree. I put all the papers down and walked over to her little corner to clean up her mess. Lucy crawled over and grabbed blue and her little back pack
