The heavy gates of the underworld creaked open as Yoongi, Taehyung, Jungkook, and Namjoon stepped inside. The dense atmosphere was almost suffocating, yet an odd sense of familiarity lingered. As they walked deeper into the abyss, Namjoon pressed Jungkook for more clarity on his cryptic statement.

Jungkook's words echoed in the back of Yoongi's mind, causing a knot of tension in his chest. However, before anyone could speak again, a piercing sound of joyful screams filled the air, causing all four to halt in their tracks. The screams were unsettlingly gleeful, the kind that made their skin crawl.

They exchanged a puzzled look, and Jungkook's face broke into a wide grin. Without a word, he took off running toward the grand hall. The others, more confused than ever, quickly followed him.

When they burst into the grand hall, they were met with an unimaginable sight: Satan, their father, stood at the center, surrounded by his demon servants who were rejoicing, their laughter filling the room with a twisted sort of joy.

Yoongi froze in disbelief, his eyes widening as he stared at his father—alive and whole. The image before him felt like a mirage.

"Father…" Namjoon breathed, his voice trembling with shock.

Satan turned to face them, his own eyes widening in recognition before a broad smile spread across his face. "My sons," he called, his voice filled with warmth, as he opened his arms wide.

The four brothers rushed forward, each of them falling into their father's embrace, tears streaming down their faces. For a moment, all their worries vanished as they relished the feeling of being whole again.

When they finally pulled away, Yoongi, Taehyung, and Namjoon turned to Jungkook, their expressions demanding an explanation. Jungkook, still smiling, began to explain. "With Hoseok gone, the souls he stole returned to their rightful owners. That brought Father back to life."

The realization dawned on them, and they all looked at Satan, who seemed equally stunned. "Hoseok… is dead?" Satan asked, his voice a mixture of disbelief and sorrow.

Jungkook raised his hand, admitting, "I was the one who killed him."

Satan's gaze shifted to Yoongi, seeking his son's feelings. Yoongi tried to maintain a facade of indifference, shrugging as he muttered, "I'm okay," though his voice wavered, betraying the turmoil within. The truth was, he was far from okay.

Jungkook placed a comforting hand on Yoongi's shoulder, his voice soft and filled with regret. "I had to do it, Yoongi. I'm sorry."

Yoongi flinched at the touch, pulling away. "I need some air," he mumbled before turning and walking out of the hall, his heart heavy with grief.

Jungkook watched him go, his heart breaking at the distance that had grown between them. He knew things would never be the same.

Taehyung suddenly gasped, a thought striking him. "Jungkook, if the souls are returning, does that mean… Jimin is alive?"

Jungkook's eyes widened in realization, and without another word, the two of them took off, flying out of the underworld as fast as their wings could carry them.

Namjoon watched them go before turning back to Satan with a small chuckle. "I should go see Jin," he said, his voice filled with warmth. Satan nodded, ruffling Namjoon's hair affectionately.

Meanwhile, in the backyard, Taehyung and Jungkook landed in front of Jimin's glass coffin. They froze in shock, their hearts pounding in their chests—the coffin was open, and Jimin was nowhere to be seen.

A high-pitched voice that they would recognize anywhere suddenly came from behind them. They turned slowly, and there he was—Jimin, alive and smiling brightly at them.

"Petal!" Taehyung cried out, rushing forward to kiss Jimin passionately. Jimin clung to Taehyung's shoulders, trying to keep his balance as the kiss deepened.

When they finally pulled apart, Taehyung grimaced slightly. Jimin laughed, "Bad breath?"

Taehyung nodded sheepishly, but before he could kiss Jimin again, they were interrupted by the sound of Jungkook's sobs. The younger was crying uncontrollably, his eyes filled with disbelief and relief.

Jimin's heart ached at the sight of his beloved. "Kookie," he called softly, moving to embrace Jungkook.

Jungkook collapsed into Jimin's arms, clinging to him desperately. "Don't leave us again, please," he begged, his voice breaking.

Jimin chuckled, holding Jungkook tightly. "I promise I won't. Not ever again."

Taehyung approached, his expression sad as he traced the spot where their mating mark once was. "The mark… it's gone."

Jimin smirked mischievously. "We can always renew it… in the bedroom."

Both Taehyung and Jungkook beamed at that, pulling Jimin into a tight hug. "We love you," they whispered in unison.

Jimin smiled, tears brimming in his eyes. "I love you both too."

Meanwhile, Namjoon sat beside Jin, gently feeding him as the latter rested in bed, still recovering from his injuries. Jin noticed the somber look on Namjoon's face and frowned. "What's wrong?"

Namjoon sighed, setting the empty bowl aside. "Hoseok… he died."

Jin's eyes welled up with tears. "How? Who…?"

"It was Jungkook," Namjoon replied, his voice heavy with sorrow. "He used the weapon carved out of a dying star."

Jin wiped his tears, nodding slowly. "Hoseok did so much wrong, but he was still my brother. I loved him. I hope he finds peace wherever he is."

Namjoon hugged Jin tightly, kissing his temple. "I love you."

"I love you too," Jin whispered, his voice soft but filled with emotion.

Outside, Yoongi sat alone under the moonlight, his hands covering his face as he cried. The pain of losing Hoseok was unbearable, and he knew he would never be the same again.

Two Years Later...

Taehyung, Jimin, and Jungkook had gotten married and were living happily, their love stronger than ever. Namjoon and Jin had settled into a peaceful life in a new home, flourishing in their love.

Earth was healing, families were reunited, and life was moving forward. But Yoongi… Yoongi was not the same. He buried himself in the affairs of hell, obsessing over making everything perfect, yet the void Hoseok left behind was ever-present.

Jungkook tried repeatedly to reach out, to make Yoongi understand that Hoseok's death brought justice to the people he had wronged. But Yoongi's selfish heart couldn't accept it. He couldn't accept that Hoseok's death was for the greater good.

And so, while everyone else found happiness, Yoongi mourned. Every day, he mourned the love of his life, his heart shattering a little more with each passing moment.

The moonlight cast eerie shadows in Ayanna's home as she slept peacefully in her bed. Unnoticed, a small particle drifted into her spell room, hovering over the box that contained the remnants of the Nyvoss.

The box burst open with a sudden, violent force, releasing a dark energy that quickly coalesced into a figure.

The figure moved silently through the house, entering Ayanna's room. Without hesitation, it straddled her, forcing her mouth open. Ayanna gasped, her eyes flying open as she recognized those all-too-familiar black eyes. She screamed, but it was too late—the figure drained her soul, leaving her lifeless.

The figure laughed darkly, standing up and turning to face the reader. The once-dead figure revealed itself to be Hoseok.

With a cruel voice, he declared, "I'm back."

The End~
