The Plan Begins

At MK Flower Fruit Mountain, he was hitting the wall with a hammer and complaining in anger. Wukong was lying on his cloud watching him.

MK: "You know, when I found out I was going to be trained by the Monkey King, Great Sage, Equal to Heaven, I had no idea that I'd be stuck here hammering walls 12 hours a day."

When MK throws the hammer aside, he starts jumping in anger.

MK: "Why am I doing this again?!"

Wukong forced a grin and continued to play the mentor role once and for all.

Wukong: "Oh, so I can make a nice little breakfast nook. Get some light up in here."

MK: "But I'm meant to be Monkie Kid. Not Construction Boy. How am I supposed to do the hero stuff if I don't know the fighting stuff?"

Wukong twirled his staff and looked at the boy with his blue and gold eyes, grinning slyly.

Wukong: "Oh? So you want to know "fighting stuff," huh? Like this?"

Wukong's eyes glow icy blue and gold. But ice blue was more dominant. He then throws his staff, MK dodges at the last moment and the staff blows a hole in the mural.

MK: "Huh? Whoa."

MK looks at the hole with admiration, then comes to his mentor with shining eyes and kneeling.

MK: "Yes, exactly like that. I'm ready for some awesome."

Wukong began to laugh mockingly and twirled the staff in his hand, turning his back to his successor.

Wukong: "Look, bud. You can't rush this stuff. You'll get there. You just need to practice."

MK: "But this isn't practice."

Wukong rubs his forehead in anger and turns back to his successor.

Wukong: “I'm never Going to teach you something you don't need to know, okay?”

MK huffs and looks at the ground in disappointment. Wukong sighs at this and takes a step back, smiling fakely again.

Wukong: "Okay. Now, this priceless, ancient mural is not going to destroy itself. So remember: Step into the strike."

Suddenly MK's phone rings. It was a call from Mei. MK also broke away from his mentor and answered the phone. But Sun Wukong understood what was happening.

Mei: "MK, we really need your help."

MK smiled excitedly as his friend showed him a monster in purple colors.

MK: "A monster attacking the city? That's terrible. Dang."

MK hangs up the phone and then turns to Wukong.

MK: "Guess I got to go do boring hero stuff instead this. Okay bye."

MK quickly leaves the mountain, leaving you alone with Wukong.

Wukong sighed in exasperation, while grinning evilly as he realized the plan had begun.

MK quickly returns to Megapolis and crashes his skateboard and goes to his friend.

MK: “What did I miss?”

Mei was a little angry at her friend.

Mei: "MK, what took you so long?"

MK: "Sorry, sorry, Monkey King was making me do boring things. That the bad guy?"

There was an ominous purple monster above MK and Mei's heads.

MK: "Okay. Be right back. Here comes--"
