I love him.

Liliana's P.O.V.
"Hit me." I said.
"Stop telling me to hit you." Jasmine groaned. "If I am going to hit you, I shall."
"You shall?" I mocked. "You posh- ow!" I rubbed the spot on my arm that she had punched.
"Don't call me posh." she snapped, stretching out her hand in her glove. We were nearing the end of our final training session with Hunter, as the gang had almost recruited enough new members to release me from my 'debt'.
"Okay ladies, wrap it up." Hunter called, clapping his hands. "I've got things to do."
"Well, okay..." I mumbled. Jasmine and I wandered through to the locker-room to get changed. We pulled our bags out of the lockers and Jasmine yawned loudly.
"Are you tired?" I laughed.
"I didn't get much sleep." She admitted, sounding sheepish.
"Wait... Is that a hickey?!" I shrieked. She cringed when I screeched in her ear. I couldn't believe it! "Jasmine!" I shrieked. "Did you-"
"No!" she replied quickly.
"But..." I mumbled, analysing the tone of her voice. "You did something?"
"Maybe." She giggled.
"You did or he did?!" I shrieked, my mouth forming an O shape.
"He did." She replied, grinning smugly.
"Oh my god!" I screamed. "Girl!!!"
"I know!" she squealed giddily. "Is it too soon?"
"No!" I yelled back. "This is amazing! We can finally talk about these things together!"
"We always talk about these things." She laughed. "You're just the only one that's done any of them. Have you and Niall?"
"Almost." I giggled. "We stopped at the last minute, I wasn't sure if it was the right thing to do... But forget that! How did this even happen?!"
"Well... Harry told me that he loved me." Jasmine mumbled. "And I still think it's too soon... but I kind of said it back."
"Wow." I muttered.
"It is too soon, isn't it?" she asked. "You must think I'm an idiot."
"Honestly?" I asked her, as I continued changing my clothes. She nodded, begging for my opinion. "You and Harry kind of seem like you were made for each other, so I'm not sure that it matters. Obviously, only knowing each other for under a fortnight before saying it isn't ideal, but if you really think that you feel that way, I don't see any harm in expressing it."
"What have you done with my pessimistic best friend?" Jasmine laughed. I shrugged.
"Maybe I've changed." I laughed, buttoning up my jeans.

"See ya." Jasmine called out to Hunter, as we made our way over to the door.
"Bye." he replied, running over to us quickly after. He grabbed my arm, forcefully dragging me back.
"Ouch." I groaned. "I'll, um, catch up with you later."
"Are you sure?" Jasmine asked, caution written across her face. I nodded to her to tell her it was, so she turned and left.
"What is it, Hunter?" I asked, folding my arms across my chest.
"I'm going to miss you." He replied shrugging. "Have lunch with me?"
"I don't know, Hunter..." I told him hesitantly.
"I'll just keep bugging you until you agree." He said. "Please?"
"No." I replied.
"Please?" he asked again.
"No!" I repeated.
"Please?!" he whined.
"Fine!" I laughed.

"So, Liliana..." Hunter said, placing his burger back down on the table.
"Here it comes." I groaned.
"You always jump to conclusions." He muttered, shaking his head.
"You always try to get in my pants." I retorted. "Do you deny it?"
"I wasn't trying to get in your pants." He told me. "I was trying to get you back."
"Same thing." I scoffed, trying to change the subject.
"I still love you, and I miss you." He said softly.
"You don't mean that." I told him.
"I do." He replied.
"No, you don't! We haven't seen each other for a year. Maybe you do miss me, but you certainly don't love me." I ranted. "When you're in love with someone, you think of them constantly. It's like no-one else matters, you'd do anything for them, and you want them to be happy, no matter the cost."
"But-" he interrupted.
"No. If you really loved me, you would hold your tongue, because I am happy in my current relationship." I continued. "If you loved me, you wouldn't try to compromise my happiness and you would realise that you missed your chance. You would realise that I love Niall, not you."
"You love him?" Hunter asked quietly.
"What?" I asked.
"You just said that you love him." He repeated.
"No, I didn't!" I wailed.
"You did!" he exclaimed. "My little Lilli is in love!"
"I'm gonna go." I muttered awkwardly.
"I'll drive you home." Hunter chuckled, taking his wallet out to pay for the meal.
"No, I'll just walk." I said, standing to put my jumper on.
"You can't walk from here, stupid." Hunter replied.
"Then I'll catch a bus, or the tube. But I'm leaving now." I told him. "Thanks for lunch."
"Lilli, your debt is paid – you're done with the gang. I won't see you again." He told me, trying to say goodbye.
"I'm sure I'll see you around, at some point. Thanks again, Hunter." I said, before rushing out of the restaurant.
