"IKKI WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
"JINORA!"

CRASH

Ikki POV
I woke up and everything felt like a complete blur. The lights were so bright. I felt bandages on me. I could barely move. I finally opened my eyes and saw my right leg in a cast, my left wrist wrapped up, and my right arm also in a cast. I couldn't recall how I ended like this. I just blanked out trying to figure out what happened. But I had no idea at all. About 10 minutes later. A nurse walked in.
"Your finally awake."
I was now confused. How long had I been out?
"How long have I been here?"
"Nearly 4 days. You have people outside waiting for you."
"Can they come in?"
"Of course. I'm nurse Lisa by the way" she said with a smile

after I said let them in, I realized I probably should have asked who it was first. But oh well.

I sat in silence waiting for Nurse Lisa to let whoever was there in. Then suddenly, the door bursted open.

"IKKI!!"
"Ikki are you okay?!"
"Do you remember what happened?!"
"You didn't have to do what you did!"

It was Korra, Asami, Mako, Bolín, Opal, and my family. Well almost. I noticed Jinora wasn't there.

I: Maybe, No, what did I do?" I answered quickly with a confused tone.
T: Ikki, we were so worried about you, Jinora is very thankful for what you did."
A: "that really was amazing Ikki. Your one of the bravest people I know.

They all started talking about how brave I was. But clearly I missed something because I still don't know what I did.

I: "Wait I'm so confused..what did I do exactly. Why am I in a hospital, and where is Jinora?!

There was a long silence

K: "When we were fighting Kuvira., you pushed jinora out of the way.. you basically took the blow for her when there was an explosion...Ikki."

I: "well, I seem pretty okay right?.."
everyone looked down.
Why were they looking like that?

P: Ikki, sweetie..they don't know if you will walk again..remember what happened to Korra?..except in your case, it's worse..

I felt my eyes watering quickly at the news.

"I-i can't walk?.

This was a very short chapter, just something to get the story started lol.
