Tris and Christina sat next to Four, who ignored them after a glance. Tris looked at Eric, wanting to ask what has been nagging in her head.
"Was he always like that?"
Tris asked, the words leaving her lips, loud and clear, yet confusing to whom she was asking.
Four, confused, looked at Tris, his thicks brows furrowed, and questioned,
"What do you mean? Who?"
Four said, looking straight into her eyes. Then followed where she was looking. His face turned sour yet again. He looked angry, and upset.
"That's a story for another time." Four said, standing up suddenly and walked out of the cafeteria. his appetite gone.
Tris looked solemn, she was too curious for her own good. So, she turned to the only person who could answer her questions.
