CW: Bro monologues, okay? I'm sorry. I dunno why I created him this way, it is what it is. Also, this chapter is shorter than normal. Sorry or you're welcome. Whichever.
Sebastian Sallow
"I had nothing to do with it," Little Gaunt snapped before pointing to Ominis. "He's the one who brought her to him!"
"What?!" Ominis said, alarmed, his hands fumbling on the bedside table trying to find his wand.
Ominis didn't remember anything that had happened, and Sebastian growled, glaring at the youngest Gaunt as he took out his wand.
"Whoa whoa, wait" Gaunt gasped, shrinking away.
"Sebastian!" Anne scolded, but he ignored her as he pointed his wand.
"Abaddon, what's going on?" Ominis muttered grumpily, wand in hand now as he read the room.
Sebastian glared at the boy who glared back, though his entire body trembled in fear. Good. Though Sebastian had already gotten a bit of blood lust out of his system, it seemed he yearned for more, and he hoped to Merlin it was apparent to the young Gaunt.
"Where is she?"
"I don't understand-"
"Sebastian, you're speaking in Gaelic, Ominis and Abaddon can't understand you!" Anne chided.
Sebastian frowned. Had he been speaking in Gaelic? That would explain why Tessa's father didn't answer any questions he asked and kept blubbering on about her engagement, instead of the abuse Sebastian had been asking about. Of course, it also meant that the man's fear was only from not understanding, not the threats Sebastian had carefully drawn out for him. Such a waste.
He tried to focus and slowly said, "Where is Tessa?"
He heard Anne's sharp inhale of horror, but hew didn't look away from Gaunt.
"At the manor," Abaddon muttered. "He imperio'd the defect-" He was cut off by a yelp as a diffindo barely sliced his leg and Ominis' sigh filled the room.
"That wasn't necessary, my dear."
"I'm just teaching him to extend his vocabulary," Anne said, her wand in her hand. Sebastian frowned at his twin but then looked back to Gaunt, who was covering his little scratch pathetically.
Anne spoke now, her voice shaking and angry. "What's happening to Tessa?"
Sebastian was surprised at the panic and anger she was exhibiting. She and Tessa must have gotten a bit closer without his knowledge. Not that he was complaining.
Sebastian opened his mouth, but saw Gaunt's eyes widen slightly, looking behind him, and turned to see his friend – the Malfoy he assumed – peeking through the door. "Accio," Sebastian sighed and side stepped as Malfoy was thrown into the room and onto his bed. He reached up to close the door and locked it with a charm this time.
Sebastian wasn't surprised that Gaunt didn't try to stand up for his friend and to get him out of the situation as Sebastian turned to face Gaunt again.
"What's he planning?" Sebastian asked slowly and gave Malfoy an unimpressed look when he took out his wand and pointed it at him.
"I don't know, you think he talks about that with us?!" Abaddon snarled and Sebastian knew he had a point. "All I know is he has her at the manor."
"How do you know he has her there?" Sebastian's eyes narrowed.
"He doesn't take anyone to his other house. Especially people he doesn't trust, and that only leaves the manor."
