A/N im trying to find out if i should start a actual story about them or another couple im interested in but lmk yall

----------------------

The city was alive with the hum of life, the sun dipping below the horizon, casting a golden glow over the skyline. The streets were filled with the usual bustle, people moving with purpose, but among them, two figures stood out. Katsuki Bakugou and Ochaco Uraraka walked side by side, their footsteps in sync as they made their way through the busy streets of Musutafu.

It had been a long day of hero work, and the exhaustion was evident in the way Ochaco's shoulders slumped, her usually bright eyes dimmed by fatigue. Katsuki, however, seemed unfazed by the day's events, his energy unwavering as ever. Yet, there was something different in the way he looked at Ochaco, a softness that wasn't typically associated with his fiery demeanor.

"You look like you're about to drop," Katsuki remarked, his voice tinged with concern as he glanced at her. "You sure you don't want to head home and rest?"

Ochaco smiled up at him, though the weariness was still evident in her expression. "I'm fine, really. Just a little tired. But I wanted to spend some time with you, away from all the hero stuff."

Katsuki grunted in response, his eyes narrowing slightly as he scanned the area. They had decided to take a detour through the quieter parts of the city, away from the noise and chaos that usually surrounded them. It was a rare moment of peace, one that they both knew wouldn't last long.

As they walked, Ochaco's mind wandered, reflecting on the past few months. Their relationship had grown stronger, but it hadn't been without its challenges. Katsuki was a force of nature, his intensity sometimes overwhelming, but Ochaco had learned to see past the rough exterior. Beneath it all, she knew there was someone who cared deeply, even if he struggled to show it.

Katsuki, on the other hand, had never been good with emotions. He was used to fighting, to winning, but when it came to Ochaco, he often found himself at a loss. She was different—soft, kind, and unwavering in her belief in him. It scared him sometimes, how much he cared, how much he wanted to protect her from everything, including himself.

"You're like a damn sunflower," Katsuki muttered, almost to himself, as they walked.

Ochaco blinked, turning to look at him in surprise. "What do you mean?"

He stopped walking, running a hand through his hair in frustration. "You're always there, always bright, even when things are tough. I don't get how you do it."

Ochaco's smile softened as she reached out, taking his hand in hers. "It's because I believe in you, Katsuki. You give me strength too, even when you don't realize it."

Katsuki stared at their joined hands, his heart pounding in his chest. He wasn't used to this—this tenderness, this feeling of being cared for without having to prove anything. But with Ochaco, it felt natural, like she was the light that balanced out his fire.

They continued walking, the silence between them now comfortable, filled with an unspoken understanding. As they reached a small park, Katsuki tugged on her hand, leading her to a bench beneath a large tree. The branches swayed gently in the evening breeze, and the soft chirping of crickets filled the air.

Sitting down, Katsuki pulled Ochaco closer, letting her rest her head on his shoulder. She sighed in contentment, closing her eyes as she leaned into him. For a moment, they were just Katsuki and Ochaco, not heroes, not rivals—just two people who had found something special in each other.

"You know," Ochaco murmured, "you're like a sunflower too."

Katsuki snorted, raising an eyebrow. "What the hell does that mean?"

She giggled, the sound light and airy, like the breeze that rustled the leaves above them. "You stand tall, no matter what. You're always reaching for the sky, never letting anything keep you down. And you're bright, Katsuki, even if you don't see it. You light up my world."

Katsuki felt his chest tighten, a rare blush creeping up his neck. He wasn't used to compliments, especially ones like this. But coming from Ochaco, it felt... right. Like she saw something in him that no one else did, something that made him want to be better, for her.

"I'm not good with this stuff," he admitted, his voice gruff. "But I'm trying, Ochaco. I don't want to mess this up."

Ochaco lifted her head, looking up at him with those big, warm eyes that always made his heart race. "You're doing just fine, Katsuki. We're both learning, together. And as long as we have each other, I know we'll be okay."

For a moment, Katsuki just looked at her, taking in the sincerity in her gaze, the trust she placed in him. It was overwhelming, but it was also the most grounding thing he'd ever felt. Slowly, he leaned down, pressing a gentle kiss to her forehead, his lips lingering for a moment longer than necessary.

"I'll always be here, Ochaco," he whispered, his voice barely audible. "No matter what."

Ochaco smiled, her heart swelling with love for the boy who had slowly, but surely, become her everything. "And I'll always be here for you, Katsuki."

They stayed like that for a while, the world around them fading into the background as they found comfort in each other's presence. In that quiet park, beneath the sheltering tree, they knew that they had something worth holding onto, something that would see them through the challenges ahead.

As the stars began to twinkle above them, Katsuki and Ochaco knew that they were each other's sunflowers—always there, always bright, no matter what came their way. And as long as they had each other, they knew they could face anything the world threw at them, together.
