It's been 30 minutes since the meeting ended, they, Élise and Marine haven't come back yet; Marissa is about to work on her new project, but she can't stop watching her clock, she stands up to go to look for Élise, it was easy to find her, she wasn't far, she hears someone raising her voice.

"I know, you've hit the jackpot", Marine says laughing mockingly, Marissa stops and stands next to the door.

"Excuse me?" Marissa might know what they're talking about.

"You can't deny it, you're so obvious" It's time for Marissa to come in the room, she walks in as if nothing had happened, nobody says a thing.

"We need to start working on the project" Marissa to Élise.

She's shaking but she tried to keep calm, "I'll go".

Marine just smiles and leaves the room, some seconds later Marissa stands in front of Élise, "Are you fine?"

"Yes, I think so" she lies.

It's 11 am, Cat prepares mentally to call Mr. Martin, she knows what's it about.

"Hi Mr. Martin, good morning, my assistant told me you wanted to talk to me" she's drinking her Matcha.

"We've been working together for some years now and I trust you", it's exactly going the way Cat expected, "I want to know what happened on Saturday".

Cat told Mr. Martin his son flirted with one of the girls of the staff, he wanted her to be in the party like a guest but that was not possible since she was working, that put the new employee in a difficult position.

"My son told me she knew her, they studied together" of course he'd defend his son, that little rude bastard.

"In the end nothing bad happened, everybody liked the party I heard" Cat.

"I want to ask you something" please, please, leave Élise alone, "I want to set this girl and my boy on a date, he told me he likes her since university, but he's shy, and you know how we can boys be clueless" the man laugh, Cat wants to die, "shy my ass". She frowns but she's got to laugh.

"It seems she's dating someone" Cat.

"They're just having a meal together and catch up" it didn't work.

"No problem sir, I'll make that happen, just one condition".

Marissa and Élise are working together, Élise tries to focus on her work, she needs to hurry to tell Cat about Marine, but she thinks it's best to do it at home, that's the best, she tries to convince herself. Marissa notices Élise is not herself, she doesn't say anything though.

"We can stop here; we can have lunch".

"I'm not hungry" and it's true, she's worried.

"No, you need to eat something, we are working more hours after lunch, come" Marissa takes her arm and leads her to the lift. They don't talk on their way to the restaurant, Marissa wanted to take her somewhere else to see if they can talk things.

"I hear something" Marissa sits at the table near the window, Élise looks at her asking with her eyes if she heard what she thinks she heard about, "I heard Marine telling you she knows about you and Cat" Élise falls on the chair, "I told you people would notice".

"I know" she hides her face with her hands, the waiter arrives, Marissa asks for 2 glasses of wine, he leaves the menu, "I'm going to talk to Cat today, it needs to be done in this week, I think" Marissa nods.

"Why you don't get along?" Marissa, Élise doesn't know how much to tell her, they work together and see every day, on the other hand Marissa turns out to be a kind and reliable person.
