The feelings between them had been sitting, waiting, and when their lips finally met, they were suddenly two starved animals. Billie couldn't control the way her body responded, pressing herself closer to Divine as if she needed her to breathe. Divine's hands tightened around Billie, her fingers digging into the small of her back, pulling her even closer.
Billie's mind screamed at her to stop, to pull away before things went too far, but her body spoke otherwise. The softness of Divine's lips against hers, the way her hands felt on her body, she wanted drink in her skin. It felt as though the two were made for each other. Billie let out a whimper, a second heartbeat growing within her.
Divine let out a soft moan in response to the sweet sounds Billie made. The kiss grew more urgent, more needy. Finally, Billie pulled back just slightly, her forehead resting against Divine's as they both tried to catch their breath. Her eyes fluttered open, meeting Divine's gaze.
Billie's voice was breathless as she whispered, "This... this can't happen again, Divine."
Divine's grip on her tightened for a moment before she slowly nodded, her fingers still tangled in Billie's hair. "I know," she whispered back, but neither of them made a move to separate.
Billie let out a soft moan, letting her eyes shut again, connecting their lips once more.
"God what are we doing?" Divine wined against her lips.
"This is a bad idea." Billie added, pushing Divine's back onto the cushion as she deepend their lip's contact. Divine fell back, her fingers clutching Billie's waist. Billie's lips were intoxicating—the kiss made her feel sensations far better than any portrayal in the movies and books she'd seen.
"I know."
Divine exhaled softly, her hands moving to the hem of Billie's top, fingers slipping beneath the fabric as she began to lift it. Billie moaned against her lips, her hips responding with a slow grind that sent a jolt through Divine's body. Divine grunted, her hips pushing up instinctively, and Billie gasped against her lips as she felt the hardness pressing against her.
Divine groaned, a needy whimper escaping her as their tongues tangled. She slid Billie's top higher, pausing to meet her gaze, her breath catching at the sight of Billie's blue eyes in the faint light.
"Can I?" Divine asked, her voice thick with desire.
Billie hesitated, her expression conflicted. "You probably shouldn't," she mumbled, uncertainty in her eyes. Divine's heart clenched, fearing she'd gone too far, but then Billie's lips curved into a teasing smirk. She leaned in, capturing Divine's lips again. "But yes, yes, you can."
A smile tugged at Divine's lips as she pulled Billie's top off completely, their lips parting only long enough to remove the shirt. Billie settled back on Divine's hips, her soft hands exploring Divine's toned stomach. Divine's jaw nearly dropped at the sight before her: Given Billie was in her pajamas, ready for bed, she wasn't wearing a bra; Divine couldn't help but stare like an idiot.
Her eyes roamed over Billie's body, taking in the intricate tattoos that adorned her skin—a dragon curling around her right hip, and the words 'hard and soft' etched on the left. There was another tattoo nestled between Billie's pale breasts, though Divine couldn't quite make out the design and a belly button piercing that perfectly sat on her skin.
"Damn," she muttered, biting her lip as she admired Billie.
"Divine? Baby?" Billie giggled, patting Divine's cheek to bring her back to reality. Divine snapped out of her daze, sitting up on her forearms. She bit her lip, grabbing Billie by the waist and pulling her down, causing Billie to tumble over her. Billie's hands gripped Divine's shoulders as Divine kissed her again, trailing her lips down Billie's jaw, then lower to her neck and collarbone. Billie was a mess atop her, whimpering Divine's name.
