The Far Side, a place more beautiful than I had remembered. It was a lot different than my squadron expected and it was easy to see when you look at their faces.
"Welcome to the Far Side," I introduced. This Terra was covered in buildings like Terra Neon and it was definitely more impressive.
"Wow," Piper was the first one to speak after me, "This is amazing!"
"Don't forget why we're here," Stork spoke as he continued to pilot the Condor. I nodded.
"Right," I looked out the window at the upcoming city. Then all of a sudden the Condor lurched to the left. Right away I knew we were being attacked, "Stork!" I called out, "What's our status?" The pilot seemed shaken up.
"Some type of future ship is attacking," He responded as he pulled the wheel hard left, "And there's no way we can get out of this one alive!" I frowned.
"Junko, Finn, Radarr," They looked at me, "Battle stations," They headed into the back of the ship, "Piper! Stay here with Stork!" I ran after the two. My friends had already climbed on their skimmers, "Let's go," I started up my skimmer and followed the two out. Soon we were flying in the Far Side's air. It wasn't any different from the air we had breathed in Atmos. The planes were nothing like the Condor. I dodged an attack and nodded to Finn, "I'm going in," I said to my co-pilot. Radarr nodded. I jumped onto one of the ships.
"Hey you," I turned to the right to see what seemed to be a boy, "Hope you can fly," Then all the sudden I was falling down toward the ground. I didn't panic as I grabbed for the switch that would allow me to fly. I smiled at Piper who had shown up beside me to catch me.
"I guess he can," A voice said from above, "That's really old gear," The boy was now beside me on the other side.
"Will you come the easy way or the hard way,"
"Oh I really hope he picks the hard way! It's been so quiet around here!" I smiled. I looked at Piper and she nodded.
"We'll take the hard way," I responded. Radarr was below. I went down and landed back on my Skimmer, "Let's do this," Radarr nodded as he got ready for
