Quirk: Rain

An Emitter Quirk that enables Kirisame to generate a rain cloud above his heads, and allows him to either control the cloud itself, or the rain generated from it. Firstly, Kirisame emits a mist of water vapor that bares a resembles to a cumulonimbus cloud, but functions in a similar way to a nimbostratus cloud, also known as a rain cloud. Heavy rain is generated from this cloud and falls at a varying pace, possibly depending on the mood of Kirisame. Originally, the rain was generated at random and the cloud was unable to be moved and could only remain above the user, but due to excessive training, Kirisame was able to effectively develop this Quirk further. This Quirk now has a variety of uses. Firstly, Kirisame can now change the position of the cloud and move it away from himself, allowing him to levitate it anywhere within a certain radius and change it's position in an any way. Additionally, Kirisame can also alter the size of the rain cloud in order to increase it's range and the volume of rain generated from it. Kirisame can change the speed at which the rain drops fall, and also alter the size, shape, and density of the raindrops generated from the cloud, he can either make them light and misty, or as large and as heavy as cannonballs. As well as this, Kirisame can also store a large amount of rain within the cloud, and release it in a large, pressurized burst of water, powerful enough to cause a devastating tsunami depending on how much water is stored within it. Kirisame can also precisely control the raindrops generated from the cloud is well, being able the change their trajectory or angle. The only weakness is that Kirisame can only manipulate weather that is related to the rain, and is unable to control any other kind of weather phenomenon. If Kirisame excessively uses his Quirk, he shall become more and more dehydrated, almost to the point of being on the verge of critical dehydration. Any heat or fire related Quirk could potentially incapacitate this Quirk.
