This Quirk allows Endou to manipulate water in for a variety of purposes, transforming him into a hydrokinetic. The most notable usage is the manipulation of water's pressure and shape, allowing Endou to create powerful torrents of water, as well as shape it into weapons, equally, if not stronger, than the weapons they're based off of. Endou is capable of manipulating either ice or water vapor as well to create more water for them to use, however, even though he can manipulate water to transform back into its liquid state, he cannot transform it into a solid or gas, as well as being unable to properly manipulate water in any state of matter outside of liquid. Endou's power is also dependent on the amount of water he has access to. While Endou can send blasts of water or other projectiles farther from his target, in order to generate these attacks, the water in question must be somewhat close to his target.
