Allows Maomo to manipulate the moisture in her body, generating water that Makomo can freely create and manipulate. The water is an extension of Makomo, and therefore Makomo herself is capable of becoming water. This water can be condensed into high-pressure slabs of water, or can be used for mobility purposes. While using the Quirk, Makomo's body begins to dry. As such, if she exert to much water, she can become hallucinational and extremely dehydrated. If the Makomo's body transformed into water for too long, she is in danger of becoming water entirely, and losing all sense of self. The water also cannot become ice without outside aid, and pressurizing the water requires an intense amount of focus to achieve.
