Zohaan suggested a plan to Amraha and she actually liked it. She decided to execute the plan even before Ashaar comes back home.

"Nani! Mein me sham mein Jia ke ghar jaungi." Amraha said to her grandmother who was reciting Quran.

"Achanak? Exams me Ashaar jane dega?" Nani asks.

"Pa..parhai krne to jaungi!" Amraha lied.

"Poochlena usse! Subha kharab mood tha aisa na ho tum pe gussa krde." Nani suggested.

"Nahi it will be fine." Amraha said munching on an apple while reading her notebook.

Maahad was sitting in his class thinking about how Ashaar treated him. He was living with Aabis with so many years now and never in once Aabis have made him feel that he belongs to the house or anything.

Though Aabis was never rude or abusive towards him but he was just indifferent he never really cared about him. He never talked to him never sat with him never bothered to drop him school but Maahad never talked about it as his biological father was nothing sort of better.

The way Ashaar asked him to call him bhai or the way Ashaar scolded him it all had a warmth and unknown warmth. Maahad has read about it and he does have vivid memories of reading articles about his mother's affair.

Maliha tried to keep him away but since she was a media personality her affair with industrialist Aabis Hamdaani was all over the news. Maahad has read every detail about it and he knows how his mother married an already married man.

Maahad remembers the nights Aabis use to come to their house in the middle of the night even after being married to a woman as great as Azra.

Maahad has always believed that Ashaar and his siblings hate him but the way Ashaar didn't make him feel he was Maliha's son. He treated him and saw him different from Malihaa made Maahad's heart warmed up.

Mahaad quickly shake his head as he can not hope of anything better happening in his life. He was not an orphan but he believes himself to be one and he has convinced his self that orphan'a can not have family love and so can't he.

"Kia hua?" Maahad's best friend Rameez also known as Rumi asks.

Rameez Bajwa was Maahad's childhood best friend he has been with Maahad since grade one. He was typical bad boy but with good heart. He has all bad habits smoking, playful gambling, bike racing illegal fights and whatnot but he was a true loyal friend.

His company hasn't completely washed over on Maahad but it wasn't completely lost either. Maahad does occasionally smoke with him or he does participates with him in bike races after midnight as Maahad sad hours start in midnight and to shake off his thoughts he joins Rumi in his ventures. Rumi was not rich he belongs to a very middle class family but his heart was biggest of all.

However Maahad doesn't let bad habit get too much control on him as he wants to become someone who doesn't have to rely on his mother or step father for money or anything. He knows education is an only option as he takes his studies very seriously. He hates when Malihaa and Aabis let Arzoo get away with failing or bad marks. He believes in the power of education and he studies hard.

"Nahi kuch nahi." Maahad replies.

"Ajj late kese hua wese?" Rumi asks.

"Van kharab hogai thi." Maahad replies.

"Oh aur tu phir itna chal kar aya?" Rumi asks.

"Nahi! Gari me aya Audi me.." Maahad replies.

"Chal phek (dont lie) mat." Rumi scoffed.
