Chapter 2.5 - Letting out the cats

I've been walking inside a forest and it seemed to have been for a few hours now. It's also getting dark and whenever it gets dark, those annoying spirits gets more annoying, irritating, and dangerous. Being a Kitsune sure has its own perks & debuffs...

"Agh, shit, the rain is gonna mess with my fur.. hmm.. oh, there's a cave. I'll take shelter for now. This blasted rain.."

3rd P.O.V.
Yunnie had went into a cave for shelter as it started raining and it's dark outside now. She had started to rest by leaning onto the walls of the cave but became on her guard as she hears heavy breathing (more like snoring) near her but doesn't feel any wind around. She went to check and look by going further inside the cave she's in. (Don't do any of that in actual reality pls)

She had went down to the further inside of the cave and is stunned. In front of her is a large scaly white with a tinge of cyan-blue colored dragon. The dragon had sense her presence but paid no attention to her. That was until she had spoken to him which shocked him.

"Woah, an actual dragon!" She said in excitement. The dragon on the other hand, was in utter shock. "Child, how are you able to see me?" asked the dragon to which she replied back, "I mean, it's not really that dark yet so-" then the dragon cuts her off "That is not what I had meant, child. I ask how you can see me, a dragon who had already died and supposedly became a spirit." This had surprised the girl.

"Wait, y-you're already dead? Ah.. then how can I learn dragon slayer magic now..?" she had asked to no one in particular and this made the dragon surprised as she had wanted to learn dragon slayer magic. "Child, do you wish to learn magic?"

"Not just any magic, but dragon slayer magic!" the girl exclaimed happily but then returned to a sulking state. "But you said that you're already dead so.. I don't know if it's still valid.." she pouted and sulked. "Do not be dismayed, child. I could still teach you magic."

"Really?!" she exclaimed happily "Wait, but you're dead?" asked the girl in confusion. It's true, can a dead dragon still be able to teach a young girl Dragon Slayer magic? "You could still learn and I can teach you. I was only in utter shock because you're the only ever living person who is able to see, hear, and communicate with me, a dragon who has long been dead."

"Ah.. ohhh, okay 👍" she said with a thumbs up, seemingly satisfied by what the dragon had said. "I'm Yulliane. But you can just call me 'Yunnie' or 'Yuu' cause I'm not too happy with my family name."

The dragon nods and introduces itself. "I am Varuna, a storm dragon. Well, used to be. When I was still alive & living, I mean."

1st P.O.V.
"That's nice I guess. Nice to meet you Varuna. Uhm, since you're a spirit now.. is there any chance that you could also be or turn to a spirit dragon?" I asked, curiously

My question had made Varuna curious as well. "I'm not sure. I suppose? Why?"

"Would it be possible to have more than one kind of dragon slayer magic? I mean, in all honesty, I'm actually a half-human. I'm part demon. A Kitsune(fox demon) to be exact so I'm able to deal with spirits."

"Ah, so that's how you were able to see and communicate with me. I had thought it was because of thay blue box beside you."

"B-blue box? Beside me?" I look beside me and see the System right there. "Uhm.. I may be wrong but.. do you mean, THIS blue box right here?" I said, pointing at the nervous System.
