Tavia's POV (4 months later)
There she was at her breaking point just about. Everything was getting to her.. she was juggling two kids and she felt as though Buffy was gone a lot. She knew of course that he was just out working with the young boy group he managed. She fully trusted him. He had promised to never mishandle her heart again and meant it. But she just felt alone. She felt like she was doing everything by herself. Baby Melody cried and cried most days. For a few days Rosie needed her attention a lot because she had a cold. She was stressed. She needed her husband to be with his family more. She knew he had to contribute to the family and all but she still missed him. She needed a break mentally and emotionally. By the time Buffy got home she was very cranky. She bit his head off soon as he came through the door. "Hey, how was your day with the babies?" he asked her. She glared at him with tears of anger and frustration in her eyes. "What do you think?!" she spat heatedly. Buffy stared at her surprised. "What's wrong with you?" he asked. Tavia laughed bitterly. "Ohhh I will tell you what is wrong," she said getting up and walking over towards the kitchen counter as he followed her in there. Her back was to him and she had her arms folded. "I will GLADLY tell you what is wrong!" she said upset. "I feel like I'm doing everything alone and you're NEVER here no more!!" she cried. She paused taking a deep breath. "I feel like i do everything while you're out with those boys....you're with them more than your family." she said wiping her eyes, her voice cracking. Buffy was quiet for a bit. "Baby look, these boys are whats helping pay our bills," he said. "Yes, yes I understand that but....I just feel overwhelmed" she paused. "I understand you out here working hard and baby I appreciate it, I really do....I just wish there was a way you could be home with us more often," she said bursting into full fledged tears. "It's not just about the kids, I miss you." she said sadly. "We hardly see you anymore, Rosie's been steady asking for you," Tavia said. Buffy was once again quiet. Then he gathered Tavia into his arms. "Why you never told me you felt like that?" he asked her softly. "Why you ain't tell me baby? he said again. She shrugged. "I just figured you never had time," she said avoiding his eyes. Buffy tilted her chin and looked in her eyes. "Baby don't you ever think you in this alone, ever," he said softly then kissed her, brushing her tears away. "I know I been gone a lot but I promise baby, I'ma change that," he paused. "I don't know how I'm gon' do that but I'ma try, because y'all come first in my life always," he finished, squeezing her close. "I'm sorry baby, I'm so sorry....." Then he started kissing her and smiling. "So you really miss me huh baby?" he teased in a sweet voice. Tavia smiled through her tears, feeling better. "Yes, of course," she said squeezing Buffy's chin.Buffy's POV
Wow.....he thought to himself later. He had been so busy with managing his new boy group that he had no idea that his wife felt like she had been left hanging. He stayed flying to the studio. What hurt him even more was that his oldest little girl was missing him. It hurt him also that he was missing moments of his 4 month old daughter.. He did notice that some nights when he got home Tavia would have a bitter look on her face. She hardly talked and she slammed doors. "I never even realized the hurt my baby was feeling..." he said sadly to himself. The weekend was approaching. "I'ma make it up to my baby," he said again to himself. He was gonna give her another stay-in date. Those were always fun. He went into the room later where Tavia sat by. the baby's crib watching her sleep. Rosie was wide awake and ran into the room straight towards her daddy when she saw him. "Daddy, daddyyyy I miss you," she whined. Buffy smiled and and swooped her 66666up in his arms spinning her around. "I miss you too princess," he said kissing her and squeezing her. "You feeling better baby?" he sweetly asked her. "Yes daddy," she giggled. "Daddy sorry he won't here when you wasn't feeling well," he said rocking her gently. He also felt bad he wasn't there for her 3rd birthday either. He gazed at his daughter lovingly and added tenderly, "Baby, daddy sorry he ain't been around a lot," he then paused. "You know I love you, right poonkie? " he asked putting his forehead on hers. "I know daddy," Rosie said giggling. Buffy laughed too "You better know it" he kidded tickling her. "Plus daddy gon be around a lot more baby, so no worries okay?" "Okay, daddy" Rosie giggled. Then he put her down and turned to Tavia. "Hey baby, how's she been?"he asked her about the baby. Tavia smiled. "Shes been a perfect little angel," she answered sweetly. He smiled then kissed her. "You feel okay now?" he asked. "Yes baby,," she answered as she put her arms around him hugging him. She kissed his face all over. His forehead, his cheeks, his nose, his lips. "Baby I love you, I love you so much, you've been the best husband and daddy." She paused looking at him thoughtfully. "I'm so sorry I came off on you like that earlier," she said sweetly, squeezing him. "I was just really frustrated." Buffy smiled, "Nah baby you ain't got nothing to be sorry about, I should've been paying attention," he said. "No worries baby," Tavia said smiling. "We got this as always." Buffy smiled back at her. "Damn right," he said kissing her lips. "Baby, I just came up with something I can do so I don't have to be gone so much," he said. "You know we got a studio in the house, I'll just get my boy group over here, from now on," he told her. Tavia smiled. "Awww I'm so happy, baby," she gushed. The next day Tavia went to get her hair touched up and her nails done and Buffy sat with the babies. He had told her "Baby go treat yourself, so you can feel pretty, I got everything taken care of." Rosie ran around the room playing with her toys but as soon as her daddy brought her baby sister out, she dropped those toys with a quickness and ran over to see her. "Melodyyyy," she giggled kissing her baby sister. She looked at her daddy with big puppy eyes and her lips poked out. "Daddyyyy lemme hold her," she pouted. Buffy chuckled. "I'm sorry baby, you too little." Rosie frowned but said nothing else. Baby Melody was now four months old and getting chunkier. "Hey my love," he said tickling the baby, and pinching her fat little cheeks and legs. "Look at you, you pretty little chunky munk," he cooed. "I could just eat you uppp," he said squeezing and kissing her. Rosie frowned. "Heyyyy what about me?" she said folding her arms and stomping her little foot. Buffy laughed repositioning the baby in his right arm. "Come here, baby" he said with his other arm open. He squeezed the little girl close kissing her forehead and her nose. "Poonkie, you know I love you too, you don't have to be jealous," he said lovingly, tickling her.
He always made sure his oldest little girl never felt left out. Then Tavia came through the door with flaming red hair and longish red nails. Buffy smiled, "Well look at youuu," he said. Rosie ran up to her. "Mommyyyy!!!," she squealed jumping in Tavia's arms. "Hey baby," Tavia smiled kissing her daughter. "Ooh, your hair!!!" Rosie exclaimed. "It's RED!!" she said with her little baby voice. "That's right baby, mommy's a red head," she giggled putting her down. She then headed towards Buffy and baby Melody. "How my babies been?"she asked kissing him. "They been good, baby," he answered. She then picked Melody and started singing softly to her. Buffy was mind-blown. He didn't know his woman could sing so beautifully. "Wow.." he whispered in awe. Once the baby was asleep and she went and put her down in her crib in their room, she came back in the living room. She stopped in her tracks when she noticed Buffy staring at her with wide eyes. "What, baby?" she asked, puzzled. He shook his head. "Baby in all the time I've known you, why you ain't never tell me you could blow like that?" Tavia blushed and kind of waved him off. "I've always been shy to sing in front of people," she said. "Girl, don't you know that voice of yours is straight up money?" said Buffy, shaking his head.
"I suppose so," she said blushing and avoiding his eyes. "Baby look," he said taking her hand. "Use that talent, you gon be glad you did, I promise." he said with a sincere look. Then he broke out in a big smile. "You know what. I'ma get you in the studio," he said. " What about the babies?" Tavia asked. Buffy paused thoughtfully. " Oh shit, I ain't think about that," he said. "But we gon" figure out something baby, 'cause you got the voice of an angel and people got to hear you," he said. He then pulled her close to him and looked into her eyes. "I love how you sung to our baby girl," he said softly, kissing her lips several times. "You really good with her," he said squeezing her waist. Tavia smiled at him. When he looked back, he realized he fell in love with her because she was so sweet, kind and gentle. Her beauty only added to said positive traits. He knew when she got pregnant with their very first baby, she would be an excellent mother...and he was right. "You know something?" he said smiling. "I can't wait til these babies get a little older so we can see if they talented like mommy and daddy," he beamed. "I can just see my baby Rosie beatboxing one day," he laughed....Tavia laughed too. "Boyyyy wouldn't that be something?" she said. Just then Rosie ran to her daddy. "What's beatboxing daddy?" she asked giggling. Buffy picked her up and tickled her until she squealed with laughter. "Baby, beatboxing is just making sounds with your mouth," he said to her. "I did that on your first birthday after singing happy birthday to you," he said smiling. Then he demonstrated his beatboxing skills to her. She tried to do it but sounded like a little baby donald duck. Buffy couldn't help but laugh. She poked her little lips out pouting. "Daddyyyy stop laughing at me," she whined. Buffy hugged her. "It's okay baby, daddy gon teach you when you get a little older," he laughed. "Now go play," he said kissing her forehead. Melody started wailing from their room. Tavia smiled. "Mommy's work is never done," she giggled. Buffy laughed too. "Neither is Daddy's," he said smiling. They both rushed into the room where baby Melody was and Tavia picked her up. "What's wrong, bookie-bookie?" she cooed. "Your little pamper is clean, so what is it baby?" She continued cooing at the baby. "You hungry or you just want some love?" she said kissing the baby repeatedly. She put the baby in Buffy's arms while she went to get her bottle.
When she got back in the room, Buffy was softly beatboxing to the baby. Tavia laughed. "Boyyyy no you are not beatboxing to this baby," she said between bursts of laughter. Buffy smiled. "Yeahhhh," he said laughing. He gave Melody her bottle then she calmed down. The baby looked innocently up at her daddy and smiled......." What you smiling at, chunky butt?" he laughed tickling her.
"You laughing at daddy beatboxin"?" he said in a baby voice. Then Rosie came in their room, saw her daddy with her baby sister and wanted to get up on the bed with them. She held her arms open. "Daddyyyyy" she whined. Buffy smiled and laid the baby down for a second. "Ohhhh come here poonkie," he said pulling Rosie in his arms. She then sat in his lap while he picked the baby back up. Soon as she saw her baby sister laying on her daddy, she wanted to do the same thing. She cuddled up to her daddy. Buffy smiled and shook his head. "You wanna be my big baby don't you?" he said kissing Rosie's forehead. He then kissed baby Melody. "You gon always be daddy's baby, " he said to Rosie. "My baby girls love they daddy that's for sure," he smiled. Tavia smiled. "That's right baby," she told Buffy.
