Cody and Jesse had left. It had been 20 minutes, 9:20 to be exact, and Elara was still asleep. It was rare for her to still be asleep this late in the day. The twins walked in seeing her asleep without having changed or anything the twins were concerned at the sight.

"El?" Ethan spoke slightly, shaking her. She woke up pretty fast and sat up grabbing her head lightly.

"Hey," her voice was groggily. "What's up?" she glanced at them.

Faron looked concerned but let Ethan speak up. "El what happened, why did Kaleb come last night." Elara sighed and motioned for them to sit beside her as she put on her glasses.

"Cody and Jesse went home right?" Both boys gave a nod causing Elara to sigh. "Alright well, last night Kaleb called and told me some things that are- I don't know." She looked at both of the boys not sure what to say but tried explaining it. ."So, Lila, my original mom got a noise complaint in her house and when police investigated it, 5 kids were found so basically until Lila had her court case. They'll be staying with me and in my opinion, they're most likely gonna stay with me."

Both twins had a mixture of emotions. Elara couldn't read any of them; she just hoped they at least tried to understand it.

"W-what," Faron spoke up in confusion.

"It's just as confusing for me as it is for you. I've been up half the night getting rooms and stuff ready" Elara spoke softly. "I don't know how they're going to act towards me in any way. Or anyone else" It got quiet as Elara let out a shaky breath.

Ethna and Faron exchanged a look neither was expecting that information to come out of his mouth. "It's not your fault it's your stupid mom's fault.." Faron said, sounding mad. "Why is she like that?" she heard Faron's voice break and she sighed. He had always struggled to adapt to huge changes and this was probably bigger than the ones he usually dealt with. Elara opened her arms, hugging him. "I don't want you to change."

"Hey I grew up with her, it's hell. I don't know why she's like that. I have no idea where any of it ever sprawled from but the least I can do to get revenge is taking her kids away from this." She tried to sum it up for them the best she could while trying to comfort herself as well when she spoke she felt Ethan nudge her side she hugged him too. "I'm gonna be fine. I'm not going to stop being your sister either. I'm never going to stop making fun of you for stupid things you do and I'm still going to try to make it to all your guys' games."

"Do you know anything about them?" Ethan spoke up while Elara was comforting Faron.

"That's what me and Kaleb were talking about last night." she felt Faron move. "We good now?" Faron gave a nod and Elara smiled at him.

"Hey, you'll still stay here with me when mom goes on her business trips too dorks. A babysitter couldn't stand 8 minutes of you two" She smirked lightning Faron's mood before going back to explaining. "Alright well. there are two 10-year-olds, Hunter and Carson who are pretty protective over the rest of them and stuff..then there are two twin 4-year-olds Tyson and Wesl then a 1-year-old named Olivia." Elara smiled lightly.

"The noise complaint was from Wesley getting burnt. He was in the hospital and Carson also got a cut on his face but he wouldn't allow..doctors to see him so I'm gonna say something similar happened to me where she did tests and shit on them." she glanced at them, noticing an actual smile on Faron's face. "What?" she chuckled, noticing the same one on Ethans.

"You have kids now!" Faron practically screamed. Ethan agreed by nodding.

"yeah I'm very excited," she emphasized the word to sound sarcastic but she genuinely didn't know how to feel about basically taking on the role of a mother.
