A few days later Penelope and Pearl were getting ready to meet up with Colin. "Pearl." Pearl looked at Penelope and Penelope said, "I don't think I love Colin anymore." Pearl seemed confused by this. "How'd you mean? You've been in love with Colin since a young age. What's changed?" Penelope looked down and said, "There was a gentleman I met before I left the ball." Pearl made a oh face as she said, "Are you hoping to see him soon?" Penelope nodded, as the two finished getting ready to meet Colin. After leaving the house they headed to the park where they planned to meet Colin. As they walked down the sidewalk Pearl saw Colin walking toward them. "Pen, Pearl, are you two ready to find future suitors.: Penelope nodded, while Pearl was just looking at Colin who caught her gaze and she gave him a soft smile with Colin smiling back. "Might I have your arm Miss. Pearl?" Pen smiled at this as Pearl seemed confused and said, "I thought we were looking for suitors for the both of us today."

Penelope said, "Colin and I both think it might be wise to do each day between us. Today I'll go first and then the next we'll be yours." Pearl nodded, taking Colin's arm as they walked down the sidewalk as Penelope wondered when they shall start. Colin wondered if Pen still wanted his help after what Whistledown said about him. "What Lady Whistledown wrote about you is entirely wrong and prosperous. Especially how she talked about you being wrong for me." When Pearl realized what she said she quickly went quiet, making Penelope snicker to herself. "Wrong for you?" Colin stopped to look at her. "What are you saying Miss Featherington? Are you saying that you want me to court you." Pearl's eyes went wide and said, "Today isn't about me. Today is about Penelope. So, let's help her find some suitors." She walked forward leaving the two behind as they smiled quickly catching up to her.

"So how am I to charm men? Is there a book I should read?" Pearl giggled making Colin look at her and said, "It may seem though your sister already knows the answer to the question. Demonstrate Miss. Featherington." Pearl turned around and said, "Fairly well Mr. Bridgerton. Charm is all through body movement and the eyes. Use your fan and softly wave it just below the bust. Talk to them very confidently and make them want to get to know you better." She demonstrated with Colin making their eyes long into each other's as Colin eyed her. "How do you all about this?" Penelope asked Pearl. "Cressida dear sister. Her mother said if I were to hang out with her I would have to learn these things. So, Cressida taught me. I never used it till. just now."

"Who am I to use it on?" Colin said, "Those gentlemen over there." He raised his arm over to Pearl who took it and the three of them walked over to the group of men. One of them said, "Mr. Bridgerton, Miss Featherington, Miss Featherington." Pearl nodded to the gentleman as Penelope said, "Excellent weather we are having today." She quickly used her fan rather to quickly. Pearl grabbed hers out to subtly show Penelope how to use it properly. The convo didn't last too long for Penelope was too nervous so Pearl said, "Shall we see you gentleman at the next ball?" They nodded. The three left and Penelope said, "I'm no use." Pearl grabbed her sister's hand and said, "You are just new to this sister. It takes time. It took me a while to figure it out. That's why I want to help you."
