Chapter 3

I fell into a deep sleep.

Then my eyes open to see a spark of light, it came closer and closer. Then...POOF! I was back in my room. It was all dark, no light, no friends, no family, just my phone. Like it always has been. The feeling of being alone came back.

"The cycle repeats, aren't you tired of it?" (Giggling) It sounded like someone was is in my head. I tried to figure out where the voice had came from.

I got my phone to turn on my flash. My phone flash couldn't turn on, then suddenly my phone disappeared from my hands. Then a girl appeared right in front of me holding my phone. She looked just like someone I know.

"Who are you?" - I said with a shaken voice

"I'm someone you've met before" -she said

"What do you mean? Is this like a prank or something." I said bravely but worried.

"No, you are tired of the life you have right? The book you read is now your new life. Everything is now your choice, people will love you, new journeys, new friends, and family. This is what you've yearned for. Now you have it." -She said

"But what will happen to my other life"

"I was in this book for years... It's time for me to go back and see how life is in your world!" I will take your life in exchange you will live in this book." she said in an excitingly tone

I don't want to go back to my depressing life again. I thought to myself. "Okay... let's do it!" I said with the most happiest smile I ever put on my face.

"It's time for you to wake up now."- she said

"Can I know your name before I go" -I said with curiosity.

"My name is Misa Luran, I am your mother sister." "Your amazing auntie."-Misa Said

I didn't understand but I didn't have to time to think. She then started to fade away.

"If things get rough call out "mm" she'll help you."-she said

"Goodbye"- Misa said
It turned into an echo in my head.

Suddenly I started falling, a flash back from my past appeared.

(My aunt told me about a book she was making when I was little. She said, "It will take you out of this world!" I thought she was just exaggerating just to get me in to chapter books.

Then I saw my mom and aunt arguing. "You'll never go anywhere with writing books all your life. Think about your future." -she said in an angrily tone

"I will live a life I want not the life you get to choose. She said then left the house.

After a couple of years, my aunt hasn't been seen since the huge argument.

||My mom only did care about her reputation in her business. She never really cared about the family only when it affects her company or her reputation in social media.||

||My dad in another hand, he always wanted a son to run the company but my mom was only able to conceive one child. That child was me. He never liked me since birth. So when they hugged me I knew it wasn't a real hug, they are just happy that they won't be able to see my face ever again.||

Another spark of light came. I now know memories of important details from the book. Samier is my fiancé, the Queen and King are my parents, and I have two siblings. Rose my sister and Vince my brother.

Each kingdom or Empire is ruled by different powers/magic. The stronger your royal family power is makes the kingdom or Empire more powerful.
Our Kingdom is called "Flower Kingdom".

The name is childish but the flowers aren't ordinary flowers. In our kingdom each type of flower contains it's own unique poison.

The light then spoke, "It's your choice now, everything is up to you. Good luck". It sounded like my aunt.

I felt the warmth of the light trying to wake me up.

I awoke but not in my depressing room, instead of no one there was someone. The people from before, it was like a family waiting for me. Everyone looked at me shocked like I'm some kind of ghost.

"Lotus! You'r awake! It's been 3 days we thought you wouldn't wake up!" - Rose said with tears in her eyes

She then hugged me so tight I couldn't even breath. My brother Vince joined in too. It felt like was being loved. My mother soon after hugged me after my siblings. This was a first in a while I felt love. My mother started crying and I couldn't help but cry too.

"I love you"- I said

They soon left for me to rest. Samier walked in. He then took my hand and  kissed it.

"Lotus, how are you feeling? Did they bring in the doctors?" -Samier said
He didn't stop looking at me.

"No they haven't, I was told they will be arriving late because the carriage wheel has broken." I said while looking at his emerald eyes.

"Do you mind if I stay with you until they arrive."-Samier said

"Of course, I would like to have some company."

He smiled at me and sat on a chair near my bed.

Samier, with his black hair, emerald eyes, a beauty mark right next to his mouth, and a stunning smile. He is from the Light Kingdom, a Kingdom of hope and freedom. I can feel a strong aura from him. Since I met the light in my dream I can feel magical powers around me.

Does this mean I might have powers too? Samier realized that I was lost in thought.

"Princess Lotus, is something bothering you?" -He said with a worried face.

"I'm just tired about everything that had happen" -I said

I looked away for a bit and he touched my face. His face was so close to mine.

"We found out who kidnapped you, it was our kingdom's enemy. The Sun Empire, which we had wars with each other since centuries. I would have never thought they would kidnap you." -Samier said
"It's my fault that you were kidnapped."- He said as he stopped looking at me.

I touched his face to make him look at me. "It's not your fault that I was kidnapped."-I said

"Princess listen I-"

Abruptly someone knocked on the door.

"Princess Lotus, the doctors arrived." -My butler said

After the doctor left, Rose came in my room unannounced. She probably came only for Samier because she kept wanting to talk to him during dinner last time. Samier than got up as soon as Rose sat down next to him.

He then left with Rose and I together.

Rose then spoke in a whisper tone, "I wished you'd never woken up, i wanted Samier and I to be together forever. That will happen even if you are sleeping until your dead or not."
She then walked out and the doors shut.

I was not going to take her words to heart because this is my life, my choices, and it's not her choice to chose who will love me or not.
