Bonded by love

Chapter 17

Karan's parents,Mr and Mrs.Sharma, beamed with happiness as they gathered in the living room with Karan, Vivan, and little Gowen. The atmosphere was filled with love and acceptance, a stark contrast to the past.

Mr Sharma, with a warm smile, began, "We want to organize a grand party to celebrate our newfound joy. We've missed out on so much time with Gowen, and we want to make up for it."

Mrs Sharma nodded, "Yes, and we want to publicly acknowledge Karan and Vivan's relationship. We're proud of you guys and want to announce that you are together and will get engaged and married soon well engagement and marriage is your choice but still we want to show our acceptance to the society that we support you both."

Karan's eyes welled up with tears, "Thank you, Papa, Mummy. This means a lot to me. I had never thought that you will ever accept us but now I am so happy"

Vivan added, "We're grateful for your love and acceptance. It's a new beginning for all of us."

Gowen, sensing the excitement, babbled happily, "Hwappy ut a fwamily! Wow wow!"

Mr.Sharma chuckled, "And our little bundle of joy is the center of it all!"

As they discussed party details, Gowen played with his grandparents, giggling and speaking in his adorable baby language. Vivan and Karan exchanged loving glances, grateful for this new chapter.

Karan's mother suggested, "Let's have a big bash with family and friends. We'll make it a day to remember!"

Karan's father, playfully teased Gowen, "And our little prince will be the star of the show!"

Gowen squealed, "Dada! Pops! Stal!I don't want to gwo to sty"he hugged Karan and started crying, Karan soothed him "my baby being a star means you will shine like them and everyone will love you,we are not sending you away".Vivan smiled at his little one's innocence"oh my little munchkin no one will ever send you to sky now stop crying ",he wiped his tears and took him in his arms,Gowen hugged him tightly"wove u pops".

"You only love your Pops and what about me ?", karan said faking anger,"wove u dada,and also wove glandpa and glandma".

"We also love our little prince Gowen", Karan's mother said ruffling his hairs.

Vivan and Karan laughed, knowing their little family was finally whole.

As the planning continued, the room filled with laughter and love, a testament to the power of acceptance and new beginnings.

Gowen's antics kept everyone entertained. He toddled around, exploring every nook and cranny, and giggling at his own discoveries.

Raj, Karan's father, scooped up Gowen and twirled him around, "You're the light of our lives, little one! Ga ga goo, indeed!"

Gowen squealed with delight, "Wow wow! Dada!"

Nalini, Karan's mother, smiled warmly, "We're so grateful to have Vivan as a part of our family. You've brought so much joy to our lives."

Vivan's eyes shone with happiness, "Thank you, Mummy. That means everything to me."

Karan added, "We're a family now, and nothing can ever break that bond."

As they finalized the party details, Gowen snuggled into Vivan's arms, babbling contentedly, "Pops... let's goo...to sweep me tired"

"Yes baby let me put you to sleep".After tucking in Gowen in his bed Vivan whispered, "I love you, little one, Forever and always, Thank you for coming into my life to make it blessed with Karan and  because of you I finally found a person who loves me so much and I also love him just because of you,you are a cupid of my love story"he ruffled Gowen's hair and placed a little kiss on his forehead.

"Is the kiss only for Gowen , what about me ?",Karan said making a puppy face,"Ohooo, my big baby wants a kiss,come here my baby ",Viavan said teasingly to Karan but Karan grabbed his waist and pulled him towards his side and kissed him on his lips.

Raj and Nalini watched them secretly and exchanged a knowing glance, their hearts full of love and acceptance.

The party was going to be a celebration of love, family, and new beginnings. And Gowen, the little prince, was at the center of it all.
