First off, Viktor Hargreeves did not date every girl in his town.
That was a complete myth.
Secondly, yes, he wasn't good at relationships either, but could you really blame him? He had a bar to run and maintain, so having a relationship with a total stranger would complicate his life even more. Plus all of the other relationships he had were in different timelines and they often went horribly. Both of them died on different days and in different timelines too. So, imagine how he felt when he got transferred to a different timeline with no powers or anything. He felt good actually, normal for once. No powers, no family backstabs, no problems at all except for the patronage for his somewhat shitty bar.
Well, he did have a few problems which was paying bills and renewing his yearly license of owning a bar, but it was just normal. Things that other normal people would have and complain about. Another problem he had? Actually maintaining a relationship, even with the girls in the town of Canada and his siblings. Oddly enough, they managed well without their powers with some of them even getting married or starring in laundry detergent ads.
So, what was so special about Morana Romano and why did he keep dating her for almost ten months?
Viktor couldn't really answer if you had asked him that question because even though Morana was an underground boxer and had a crazy step-mother, he still..liked her. He didn't love her even though he had a strong "attraction" to her, but he wasn't ready to call it love. He was still tiptoeing around the idea of falling in love even though she had moved in with him and introduced him to her step-mother.
The whole idea still freaked him out.
Especially when he accidentally got kidnapped on the way to his niece's birthday party.
