Her blood felt like it was boiling and her skin was hotter than the sun. Her cheeks were flushed as if she had caught a cold, her hands were unexplainably shaky yet calloused, and everything was hurting so bad. Her skin felt so grubby, heavy like lead. She couldn't understand why everything was hurting so bad, to the point where she wanted to peel off her skin, and wish she would just sink into the ground. Her movements felt sluggish as if she was melting into the floor and her nerves felt like they were on fire. It even hurt to move, but the searing white pain in her leg was suddenly gone in a flash. It was gone the moment she fell asleep and it disappeared when she woke up. She didn't know what happened, but the coldness of the snow was nipping at her skin and causing the pain to only increase.

Dried blood smeared against her cheek, dotted because of the injury on her skin.

The air felt so heavy in her lungs every time she took a breath and it weighed heavily like a weight. The sounds of metal tools dropping onto the cement floor and the smell of motor oil didn't help either. In fact, it made her headache ten times worse, and she was trying so hard not to puke all over the snow. This pain felt worse than a hangover and her fingers tightened around her boyfriend's lanky shoulder in order to steady herself. It was just too much for her to even think.

"Hey, y'know what's strange?" asked Luther, looking over at his remaining siblings. "All those people back in New Grumpson. They were wearing Hargreeves-branded military gear."

"It was like it was designed to keep Jennifer hostage." said Ben, his face was still clammy than the others. "That dry cleaner guy played us, alright? Nothing Jennifer said jibed with Sy's story."

"They're both gone now, so that leads us with two shitty options. We either go after the Keepers or, worse, talk to Dad." said Viktor amidst the sardonic chuckle from Allison. "It's better if we just stick together."

"I think we should split up. Lila and I are gonna go after the Keepers and the rest of you can go after Jennifer." said Five, brushing back his messy, neck length hair. "We should split up though after this..whole thing."
