It was time to leave the castle, the only home you had known. Word had spread that the Prince Regent planned to burn Harrenhall to ash, or at least take it. Daemon urged you to pack your things and leave on the first carriage out.

"The realm will suffer if Aemond one eye rules. You should pray you never meet him. In three days time he will take Harrenhall, either by surrender or by air with fire and blood. You need to leave this place... Tonight."

Your herbs and tools were packed at the bottom of your bag. Time for your clothes. You pulled out all your dresses from your drawers and lay them flat on your bed so you could fold them up smaller.

Distant thunder seemed to grow closer but no lightning followed. The commotion of the courtyard below grew into shouts and screams. You rushed to your window to see a gigantic green dragon against the night sky.

You had heard of Vhagar's size but nothing could prepare you for such a sight. Her roar instilled pure fear and shook at the very stones beneath you.

Your heart raced in terror, your breathing uneasy. The clothes could wait, you needed to run. You almost made it to the door when a thunderous crash boomed from the roof above, making you freeze in your tracks. Pebbles cracked free from the stone ceiling, peppering you in dust. Another crash and crumbling sound echoed through the chambers from right above you.

The ceiling was beginning to give way when a voice called out from above.

"Kill them all! In the name of your King, we take Harrenhall tonight! Leave no survivors!"

The voice was young and forceful, lined with malice. It had to be the one eyed Prince... He had landed the dragon on the castle.

"Dohaeras Vhagar! Lykiri!"

The whole castle quaked to it's foundations and you assumed the beast sat down. Struggling to keep your footing on the shakey floor, a rafter broke free from the stone above you and crashed into the door.

The air was thick with stone dust and you could barely see out the window. A rope ladder flapped in the wind from above. Panic overcame you as two black boots scaled down the ladder. You froze in fear, backed up into a wall with nowhere to go.

With two kicks the window flew inward and the Prince swung into your chambers. He was far more striking than you expected, his fierceness superseded the rumours.

You closed your eyes and turned your head away from him. You could no longer control your rapid breathing. He was here to kill everyone, you were no exception.

Tears rolled from your closed eyes as his foot steps slowly approached you. The cold stone of the castle wall sent shivers up your palms, through your whole body. You could feel his breaths ticking at your hair. The sound of steel dragging across leather broke the silence... he was armed.

Something cold and hard grazed your cheek and you opened your eyes. The Prince was inches from you, eyeing you up and down. The sharp edge of his Valyrian steel dagger pressed against your face.

"Hm... You heard my orders then?"

You gave a small whimper in response, afraid to nod into the knife.

"I can assume you know who I am... but who are you?" He pinned you to the wall with his forearm and held the dagger to your throat. Your lips quivered and tears ran down your cheeks.

Before you could compose yourself, he shoved you harder into the wall.

"Answer me!"

"Alys... Rivers"

"Well Alys. Tonight is your lucky night. You are the first woman at this wretched castle I laid eyes on and such is our tradition that you will be my prize."
