In the dark night, illuminated by the gleaming half moon, Siddhant gazed upwards and let out a heavy sigh. He pondered the legends of the Moon Goddess, the deity believed to have bestowed a mate upon every soul, ensuring they would meet their destined partner at the perfect moment and place. As Siddhant watched the celestial body above, he questioned whether the Moon Goddes ch do es had orchestrated such a meeting for him. The idea of a mate seemed outdated now, especially with the wolves from the forests venturing out to integrate with human society, blending their ancient powers with modernity.

It was with that thought that the worry for the pack started to encompass their minds. The pack functioned under the rule of the Alpha, a fierce and dominant leader, yet it was the presence of the Luna that truly solidified their strength. The Luna's influence brought not only wealth and prosperity but also a sense of security, as she held the key to their future. A pack without the guiding presence of the Luna felt incomplete, like a child without a mother. The Alpha had successfully managed to steer the pack and foster its growth, but the absence of the Luna was becoming increasingly challenging for him. Despite his bravery and ferocity, both he and the pack recognized the indispensable need for the Luna. This concern echoed not just within the Alpha but resonated among all the pack members, for they could feel the looming threat pressing upon them, especially with recurring breaches of security.

Three nights after the beta was shredded into pieces by the Alpha, the members were visibly at peace. Nothing much happened the following days and nor was there any movement up until midnight as they all sat in attention, patrolling the borders. Parth has rushed to the lengths to inform Alpha that the borders along the east side have been peaceful for the past three nights and it seemed a better option if they returned as the soldiers were capable enough to handle any forthcoming.

"No Parth. It isn't over yet. I can feel the brewing. I can sense it and mark my words it will tomorrow night, that the wolves will be rushing towards us with their sharp canines wanting to tear us, harm us. I don't want to away in such a situation after being aware of it" Siddhant said looking into the distance.

"Alpha sorry to counter you but we can't be sure. There has been no movement from yesterday and there has been none today"

"I know and that is the sign that there will be tomorrow. They have done so just to keep the pretense that they are silent but actually, they are waiting for us to let our guards down. We can not, not after knowing what is next thing coming" Siddhant explained. His vision was wider and farsighted. Parth took in his words, contemplated them, and found them to be right.

"On the position Alpha. Things will be taken care of. Let's be victorious", Parth wished, saluted, and left to rush to his side.

"Gather everyone", he ordered and soon everyone was gathered.

"We have seen silence for the last three days that does not mean that it is silent. There is a continuous brewing. Be ready. Be attentive and fight like you will fight on the last day of your being a soldier. Link your families if you want, because tomorrow we might have a showdown. Be ready everyone. Keep every sense open and half be in your wolf while the other half be in human form.", Siddhant commanded, getting a loud agreement and everyone dispersed.

"Right, left, right, left, uppercut, shoulder straight, Sana straight", Abhinav guided training her in the tricks and techniques of shadow boxing. The talk with Ray has opened his horizons but he was still able to see it with a clear vision. However, despite this newfound enlightenment, there remains a lingering fog obstructing his clear vision. Perhaps it is fear or uncertainty holding him back, or maybe simply old habits die hard

"Paa, it's straight", Sana huffed hitting hard on the punching bag, her body swift and every motion cutting through the air. She was deft in her activities and her body strengthened.
