Wax On, Wax Off!

We open to the twins and their older brother in the living room, watching a show on television called Duck-tective. The shows features a constable and a duck detective standing next to a telephone booth that has limbs of an unseen dead person sticking out.

While watching the television program, Mabel knits a new sweater while Ricky & Dipper eat popcorn from a bowl. Mabel reaches for some popcorn, but Ricky slaps her hand. We look to the Tv to see what they're watching.

Constable:"I'm afraid your services won't be required here, sir. My men have examined the evidence, and this is obviously an accident."

The ducks starts quacking as subtitles read out what he says.

Duck-tective:"Accident, constable? Or is it...Murder?!"

Constable:"What?!"

The show soon cuts out and goes to commercial.

"Duck-tective will return after these messages!"

We go to the twins withMabel being impressed by how smart the duck is.

Mabel:"That duck is a genius!"

Dipper:"Eh, it's easier to find clues when you're that close to the ground."

Ricky:"He ain't wrong either. It's easier to see clues when you're an animal."

She puts her hands on her hips and squints at Dipper and Ricky doubtfully.

Mabel:"Are you saying you two could outwit Duck-tective?"

Dipper:"Mabel, I have very keen powers of observation and he's very smart. For example, just by smelling your breath, I can tell that you have been eating ...an entire tube of toothpaste?!"

Ricky also sniffs her breath and smells something

Ricky:"And my mint candies?!..."

Her mouth is shown covered in sparkling toothpaste while also having a blue color to her tongue.

Mabel:"It was so sparkly and tasty..."

Suddenly, Soos runs into the living room.

Soos Ramirez:" Hey, dudes, you'll never guess what I found!"

Ricky:"A fully-functioning bathroom?"

Dipper:"Buried treasure!"

Mabel:"Buried--

She laughs and pushes Dipper playfully.

Mabel:"Hey, I was gonna say that!"

Soos leads the triplets to a door.

Soos:"So, I was cleaning up, when I found this secret door, hidden behind the wallpaper. It's crazy bonkers creepy!"

He opens the door to reveal the room is filled with several different wax sculptures.

Dipper shines a flashlight around.

Dipper:"Whoa! It's a secret wax museum!"

Mabel sticks her finger on Wax Sherlock Holmes.

Mabel:"They're so life-like.

Ricky shines a flashlight and points to one that looks like Stan.

Ricky:"Except for that one."

Turns out, it is Stan and he waves.

Stan:"Hello!"

They all scream in surprise as Stan chuckles.

Stan:"It's just me, your Grunkle Stan!"

They all scream even louder in fright and run away. After a while, they come back to Stan before a light is switched on to show the full inventory.
