Gravity Falls is under a heavy downpour and with thunder. Inside the Mystery Shack's bedroom attic, Dipper and Mabel are playing Conflict Boat.
Dipper:"I'm gonna say... B5."
Mabel:"Miss!"
She puts a peg on her board.
Mabel:"Whop!"
On Mabel's board, she had her pegs arranged like a cat's face.

Dipper:"I don't think you're playing this right."
Suddenly, Ricks walks into their room and Mabel sees that his boots are wet.
Mabel:"Ricky, where were you? And why are your boots wet? Why do you smell like wood?"
Ricky, who is looking at his sister; crouched down and patted her head.
Ricky:"Couldn't sleep last night. So, I just strolled through the wood last night. Did run into some wild animals."
Dipper, skeptically looks at his brother before their grunkle calls them from the living room.
Stan:"Kids! Come quick!"
They all run downstairs. They enter the living room to find Stan watching television while laughing at the TV.
Stan:"I need you to laugh at this with me!"
A commercial for the Tent of Telepathy comes on the television.

Gideon:"Who's cute as a button, and always your friend? Lil' G-I-D to the E-O-N! Wink!"
Bud:"Li'l Gideon!"
Dipper:"Ugh, Gideon!"
Mabel:"Remember when I wouldn't date him and he tried to destroy us?"
Ricky:"Ugh! Hate that kid."
Stan:"He's always trying to trick me into losing the Mystery Shack!"
Wendy:"One time, I caught him stealing my moisturizer."
Ricky looks at her with a raised eyebrow as she just shrugs her shoulders.
Soos:"And yet, our mutual hatred for him bonds us together."
