The next morning before everyone woke up

Kai went to Ace's room with paint and a camera

Kai: - (Oh Ace. Did you really think you could get back at me? You have a lot to learn, cos.)

Kai picked up a brush with black paint when an angel popped up on his left shoulder and a devil on his right.

Kai: - (What the heck. Who are you 2?)

Angel: - (Kai, please don't do this to your cousin. This will hurt your relationship more than it already is.)

Devil: - (Don't listen to him. He's too good for you. You know what to do.)

Kai: - (That doesn't answer my question)

Angel: - (Just trust me, this will not end well for you)

Devil: - (What are you waiting for? Do it now.)

Kai: - (I'm guessing you're the angel and devil of my conscience. But why are you telling me not to do this?)

Angel: - (Your sisters told you you need to change)

Devil: - (Why change? If he wasn't like this, other pokemon would never have noticed him)

Angel: - (So you're saying he shouldn't change?)

Devil: - (It's been working so far. Why should he stop?)

Angel: - (His family doesn't like his antics, especially Ace, since he was directly affected by this guy.)

Devil: - (Let me put it into perspective for you, in case you didn't notice. If Kai didn't do any of these pranks, his family would never have noticed him, and thus likely never have known he was still alive)

Kai: - (Then you'll be disappointed when I tell you that this will be my last joke before I decide to be a better person)

Devil: - (Why? Aren't you happy, now that you're reunited with your family after so long?)

Kai: - (Well, yes, but my sisters are right. I need to change for the better, since I have caused a lot of trouble for my cousin ever since I met him, and it would be wrong of me to not at least try to get along with him)

Angel: - (Good choice, Kai, but don't come crying to me when Ace comes to you and makes you pay the bill for his explorer team)

Kai: - (Ya ya I know I know)

Angel and devil vanished, and Kai painted on Ace's face and took a photo.

Kai went back downstairs to his bed and went back to sleep with a devilish smile

After 4 hours Ace woke up

Ace: - Today is the day that me and Sally get crowned the homecoming king and queen. I still need to find a suit for tonight. So much to do to get ready.

Ace got off his bed, and sees that he's changed back into a human

Ace: - Oh good, I won't have to worry about going to school looking like a dog. If I was still a Boltund, Nathan would so get a piece of my mind the next time I see him

Ace walks to the bathroom to get ready for school

He splashes water on his face to see better, but when he sees his face in the mirror, he started to scream

Ace: - AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The whole house woke up when they heard Ace's scream
