Scene is the infirmary, Maka is lying paralyzed in bed, and a white curtain drawn between them and the next bed. Is part is from no particular POV, so it's just backstory mostly.
A boy comes out from behind the white curtain.
"Hey. You guys students?" His voice is low and quiet, but friendly. The students and Stein look him over and introduce themselves. He calls himself Simon, and speaks to Dr. Stein privately, so Stein can explain their situation while Simon rests.
"Aha!" Cries Black Star, tearing back the curtain to reveal a sleeping girl, who looks surprisingly like...
(Yes, I do portray Crona as a boy, but this is just my opinion)
"Crona?!" Maka turns to the quiet boy at the foot of her bed, and he looks just as surprised as she.
At this point, Stein re enters and walks over to the pink haired, slightly built girl, asleep and arms bandaged.
"Her name is Rose," he starts, and Crona's head perks up. " she is the meister of that weapon boy, Simon. She was fatally wounded in a battle against the witch, Arachne. She came here, knowing it was the safest place for her after a battle with a witch. They ran into Kilik, Fire and Thunder, who called Ox and Kim to take her here. Simon held her hand the whole way. He met her a few years back, wandering aimlessly in the desert, and it turns out they were a perfect match. Her soul is uncertain, jumpy and distrustful. He has a calming wavelength that helps when the madness she possesses from... Black blood... Kicks in." He pauses, and looks at Crona, who is bowing his head.
"Do you know her, Crona?"
"Yes," he says after a short pause. "She is my sister." At this moment, Rose stirs, and all eyes shift to the small bump in the bed.
She opens her eyes, a light green, and distrust fills them. She shifts in bed, makes herself look bigger, then smaller, as if she can't decide. She opens her mouth to speak, and the shaky voice manages a hoarse whisper.
"Where is Simon? I feel his soul close by..." Her eyes scan the faces;
Wonderous Maka in the next bed,
Impressed Soul,
Concerned Tsubaki,
Grinning Black Star,
Curious Dr. Stein...
Her eyes widen at the last face. Her voice, filled with happiness manages to be softer than before.
"Crona?" Her eyes fill with happy tears, as well as Crona's. She jumps up and they embrace, as Simon enters the room. His eyes widen at the shockingly similar siblings, then her smiles and pats Rose on the head.
The siblings share a tearful embrace, interrupted by Black Star.
"Great job, Crona! You found... Your sister, I guess. If she doesn't already know who I am, I should enlighten her. You know me?" He grinned at her. She shook her head, still smiling at Crona, and he at her. Black Star started on his big speech as Simon discussed with Stein the possibility of enrolling in Shibusen.
