Like a feeble bird
They take advantage of you
They put you down
And walk over you
They know you are weak and puny
They see it in your eyes
No matter how you try to hide it
They try to use you
And they succeed
Sometimes
They try to control you
And they succeed
Sometimes
The light you once had
That shone so bright
Is now faint
Your not a good fighter
So you let it happen
You ignore it
And try to forget it
