Today was a big day for aarohi, since she has topped in the whole Rajasthan with the highest marks in her MBBS final year exams.

Aaru was on cloud nine since she always wanted to be the best in every aspect. and her happiness descended as she got to know she couldn't make history. as she couldn't beat abhimanyu Birla's record.

Aaru was basically an insecure person who always wanted to be the best, but someone was better than her in academics. she couldn't accept the fact that someone is better than her. so from that day, she started to hate abhimanyu.

Whereas Goenka family wanted to celebrate her great achievement and the very same day their elder daughter akshu (Akshara) returned to her home after 3 years, so it was double celebration for them.

Aaru was already upset but after seeing her family getting more excited for akshu, she felt hurt as always they prioritised akshu more than aaru. now all she wanted was to have some fresh air..

Aaru left the living room who was busy chatting with akshu. she went to her room and locked the door. after that she buried her face in the pillow and started to cry. Even after so much hard work she achieved a big thing.  but she felt nothing. neither she was happy nor proud. the only problem is she was never satisfied with her efforts which makes her even more desperate to achieve in this world.

Suddenly she took her mamma's photo and started talking to her

"Mamma what should I do,  why am I no one's favourite, why am I not everyone's first priority." she said and by crying and crying for a long time, she slept.

And this is how our main character's situation is..

At Birla house

Everyone just finished their breakfast and got ready to leave for the hospital..
Abhimanyu touched her mom's feet and wished her

"Happy Birthday maa.."  he said and kissed her forehead and unwilling to go to birla hospital for duty and before leaving he asked. "did our sahab zaade wake up till."  manjiri smiled and said "no, you know about your little brother he never wake ups before 10" she said.

"You are spoiling him a lot maa." abhi said and left. after sometime manjiri was doing some chores in the kitchen, suddenly 2 hands wrapped around her and it was her youngest son Neil Birla

"Happy Birthday maa.." he said with a smile. he suddenly lifted her up and started to rotate slowly, manjiri said to stop, by giggling.

Neil let her down and hugged her mother affectionately. "you are the bestest mom in the world"  he said.
Manjiri's eyes welled up and tears came out.  by seeing this, " oh my mom, you start to cry for small things. why are you so emotional maa.." he asked

"It's just that my kids are too adorable"  she said and kissed him in is forehead

"Okay ma now you say what gift do you want today, because I know.. I've gifted you so many things till now. but I can't understand what I should gift you.. don't say I'm a gift for you,  I've heard this so much now.." Neil said.

"Okay.. will you give anything I ask.?" manjiri asked with anticipation. "Sure maa.. I will buy you anything you want..please remember that your son is a little bit broke." he chuckled

"That's what I don't want beta.. why don't you join Birla hospital. it's High time you should join, you even have a degree with you."  she said with utmost concern.  because except manjiri and abhimanyu,  no one considers Neil even as a person since he is not working.  manjiri want's her son to get all respect he deserves at from his family

"But maa.. you know it's difficult to join that hospital, it's no less than an asylum.  you know everything.. but you still want me to join them."  Neil said

"I know beta,  but don't you think you should prove to your dad and thaiji.. how talented you are. and moreover it's your hospital too,  no one can say anything to my child there. I promise beta, I will talk to your papa."  she said

"But maa.." Neil tried to protest but Manjiri was interrupted by saying "this is all I want from you for my birthday.. you promised me to give whatever I will ask, so I'm asking you to join Birla hospital. and you should Neil. that's final."  she said

"Or else it's okay I will think you are not interested in giving me.." she said by making faces

Neil let out a deep breath and said,  "okay maa fine.. as you say, I'll join Birla hospital. happy now.." Neil asked

Overjoyed manjiri suddenly became happy and caressed Neil's hair "you are my best baby"  she said.

"Oh mom I'm not a baby now.." he said smiling and went to have breakfast
