Rebekah groans hearing her phone go off as she picks her cat off her phone as she answers it "Hello?" she asked. "Happy Birthday Eve, Bekah" Blair says on the phone "Did I wake you?" she asks as Rebekah chuckles "Yeah, but it's fine I should probably be up anyways" she tells her. "Are you with Chuck?" Blair asked. "Uh, no. I'm at home, why?" she asked as Blair smiles "Just curious, do you have any plans today?" she asked as Rebekah chuckles "I'm going to my uncle's this morning and Chuck and I have plans at noon but that's it why?" She asked her. Blair smiles "Well, I was wondering if you'd wanna come out to dinner with me and Serena" she tells her as Rebekah smiles "Yeah, if I don't go out to dinner with family I'll definitely go I'll text you if I end up going but what time were you planning?" she asked Blair. "Around 6" she tells Rebekah "Well, I gotta go but I'll text you later" she tells Blair "Alright, see you later!" Blair says with a smile as the two girls hang up as Rebekah climbs out of her bed texting Rufus that she was going to be a little late as she feeds and waters her cat and gets dressed grabbing her bag walking downstairs.
"Hey, dad?" Rebekah asked "Hm?" Randel asked as he was in the kitchen drinking his coffee "Are we still doing that dinner tonight?" she asked him. "Yes, but Chuck is welcome to come but its family only. Your grandparents and his father will also be there, okay?" he tells her as she nods "Yeah that's fine I'm heading to Uncle Rufus's for breakfast" she tells him as he nods waving her off as she walks out the house

Rebekah opens the door to the loft "Hey, sorry I'm late" she says as she sees a happy birthday sign as she smiles chuckling a bit "Happy Birthday!" Dan, Rufus, Jenny and Allison say "Or well early birthday" Dan says as she chuckles "This is an amazing breakfast surprise" she says as she puts her bag down "We decided since we won't be able to see you on your birthday to have a small celebration of your 17th" Rufus tells her hugging her "Thank you, seriously" Rebekah tells them with a smile as Rufus nods kissing her head"Of course. Now let's sit down and you can tell us your Birthday plans"
"So, your grandparents, Your dad, your stepmom, your little brother, Nate and his parents and Chuck as well as his dad are going to be there?" Dan asks as Rebekah nods "Yeah pretty much but it's more mandatory than anything" she tells them simply. "Well, that's your dad for ya" Allison says as Rebekah chuckles softly "He's never been one to not invite every person we know" she adds as she chuckles eating the waffles "So, tell me about this Chuck I've been hearing about hm? Are you two doing something for your birthday?" Allison asked "Mom" Jenny says as Allison shrugged " Um, he hasn't really said what other than we're going to lunch and he has some stuff planned for us but knowing Chuck it's probably something extra" she says as she chuckles "Chuck, actually cares about you and it shows" Dan tells her as she chuckles "You and everyone always tell me that" she says. "Well, it sounds like he makes you happy and that he really cares for you" Allison tells her as she smiles "Yeah, you should let us meet him one day" Rufus tells her. "I would but him and Dan hate each other and than what Jenny did to him so, I don't know if that's the smartest idea" Rebekah says as Rufus sighs "Yeah I guess that is true" he says "Yeah sorry about that" Dan says to her with a chuckle "Well, I know Chuck so he probably started it"
