Kai looks below the bounty, the street lights keeping the streets luminous, the roofs of buildings being close to the bottom on the bounty. The red ninja held tightly to The Sword of Fire as he said his goodbyes to his sister. Now he was ready, he said goodbye to his sister, he wasn't (that much) affected by the venomari venom. He jumped over the golden railings of the bounty to immediately feel the rush of wind through his hair.
As the fire ninja falls from the sky he focus on how close he was to the ground. He had to time it perfectly, if not he'd most likely get injured. The ninja summons The Blade Cycle mid air. Now on the bike he aims the bike to ride down with a building. He rides the vehicle off a building, as he drew awfully near to the ground he pulls the wheels to face the ground.
The Blade Cycle firmly lands on the ground without any heavy damage, it slightly slided on the road he landed on. As it stopped Kai returned the bike back to The Sword of Fire. He cautiously looks around his surroundings, he was in a empty street filled with various of sizes of buildings.
"Where could you guys have gone too?.." Kai muttered to himself as if he was talking to the rest of the ninja. He walked around the street, looking through some alleyways, trying to peep into buildings. Bit nothing, he couldn't find the rest of the ninja, although he doesn't quit while looking through a alleyway he finds someone laying on the ground.
They were small, and blonde.. it wasn't just anyone it was the kid. It was unusual to see Lloyd without his hood on, the blonde hair that was normally hidden was ruffled and just messy. "Kid?" The burnette spoke as he shook the kid. He continued to gently shake him but there was till no response.
Kai looks at the kid carefully as sees his chest moving, that was good he was still breathing. The fire ninja slowly backs away from the unconscious blonde, he didn't know what to do. Okay, the kid is unconscious in a alleyway, Kai had to help his team, but what to do with the kid? Take him back to the bounty, no, if he takes too long something might happen to them. But the kid is literally unconscious on cement.. unless..
The burnette carried the blonde on his shoulders and back. He walks around the same street with the kid on his back. He searches the same street, there was no snakes, no ninja. It was empty. He turns into another alleyway, it was tye same on he found the kid, but something stuck out.
Something new, the manhole covers slightly glowing. And fant sound of voices could be heard from it. Kai carefully laid Lloyd on the ground and opened the sewer lid slightly. The talking barely got any clearer but he could hear somewhat what the voice was saying. All he could really hear is how the voices extended their 'S'.
"Serpentine." Kai snarled under his breath. The burnette looked over at Lloyd then at the manhole. What he about to do was definitely going to have consequences later.
Before the ninja knew it, he was back to carrying the child on his shoulders and back and walking around the sewers in search for the serpentine. While walking he could feel Lloyd stirring and mumbling something. As the red ninja continues to explore, the voices get louder and it sounds like there was plenty of them talking.
With taking a final turn Kai sees a large area filled with serpentine. There was Pythor and another snake standing on top some trains, Pythor was just ranting about being trapped in the tombs, probably for the millionth time.
The burnette swiftly walks closer to the serpentine, Pythor began to talk about the ninja. "We have all ninja but one, the red one. We stay on guard until hes in our captivity. But once he is, we start looking for the fang blades!" Pythor exclaimed as he shows Jay, Zane, and Cole tied up. When the Anacondrai finished speaking the crowd of serpentine cheered.
Kai huffed as he decided to take action, he'd attack them, save his team, and he's walking away. He couldn't do it just yet what would he do with the kid? If he took him he could get hurt, if he leaves him he'd could wake up and do who knows what. "Ugh!" The ninja whines. He puts the kid back on the ground again and just looks at him. He really looks at Lloyd, he looks tired, his skin was just slightly paler than the last time he saw him.
