Years had passed, but some things never change—like how chaotic yet perfectly fitting Y/N and Iwaizumi's life had become. Between their careers, Oikawa's and Aiko's constant video calls, and Jun's volleyball games, their days were never short of surprises. Still, life was good, filled with love and a bit of comedic madness that always kept things interesting.

It was a typical afternoon at Aoba Johsai High School, and Y/N and Iwaizumi were back in the bleachers to watch Jun's volleyball match. Now a third-year and the ace of the team, Jun had become quite the star, and Y/N couldn't help but feel a mixture of pride and nostalgia as she watched him play.
Jun smashed the ball over the net with a powerful spike, and the crowd erupted in cheers. Iwaizumi folded his arms with a satisfied smirk.
"Still got a lot to learn if he wants to be better than me," Iwaizumi commented, watching Jun's spike.
Y/N laughed and nudged him playfully. "Careful, 'Hajime,' you might give him a complex."
Iwaizumi rolled his eyes but couldn't hide his smile when Jun glanced over at them and gave a confident wave.
After the game, Jun jogged over to them, grinning ear to ear. "Did you see that? I'm getting better than you, Hajime!"
Iwaizumi raised an eyebrow, looking down at the confident younger boy. "Keep dreaming, kid."
"Hey, don't start a competition on who's the better ace," Y/N laughed, wrapping an arm around Jun. "But seriously, you did great."
Jun puffed his chest out proudly but then gave his sister a sly grin. "You guys sticking around for dinner?"
Iwaizumi shrugged. "Depends. Who's cooking?"
Jun smirked. "Mom's making curry."
"I'm in," Iwaizumi immediately replied.
Y/N rolled her eyes. "I swear, you and your love for curry."
As they walked toward the gym's exit, Jun leaned closer to Iwaizumi. "So... about that proposal you've been planning..."
Iwaizumi gave him a look. "Keep quiet, or I'll make you do 50 push-ups."
Jun laughed but zipped his lips, knowing better than to push his future brother-in-law too far.

Fast forward to the evening, Y/N was completely oblivious. Iwaizumi had planned a simple dinner at their favorite beachside restaurant, thinking it would be the perfect place to pop the question.
