Justice pov

I open my eyes to Myles, tears down his face, slouched on top of me, asleep. I sit up and Myles flops on my lap. I look over to Honey and wasabi both of them look like they've just woken up, like me. Where are the men and Luke? He must have took them. Where is he taking them? I need to get Chris back.
"Is he OK?" Asks Honey. "Are you?" "I could be better." "Same." Say wasabi standing up. I nod. "Did you get shot?" Asks wasabi. As I move my right arm, pain shoots up my arm. I look down at it. It just got me. I look back at wasabi. I just notice the big bruise on his eye. I nod.
"Honey?" She shakes her head. "No, I just hurt. You?" His hand shifts to his thigh and nods. I look away. I don't want to see them hurt because of my stupid smart mouth and my impulsiveness ; to kill Luke at any chance I get.
I look down at Myles. Why do you like me Myles? I ask in my head. Too many answers. What if what Luke said was true? Is true? It is true. No. He wouldn't. Would he? Is he? No. No he's different. Or is he?
"Myles? Wake up." I say trying to roll him off me. No answer. He must have herd me. I shake him. "Myles? Come on. Wake up." I'm yelling now. Did Luke kill him?
Wasabi limps over and pulls him up. I look at him, but for some reason my vision goes funny. Everything starts spinning.
"Um, was-wasa...bi um I...I...I think I've...I've lost...too...much...um what's that stuff...um...called? Blood...yeah I've lost to much of it." I manage before everything goes black.

Two and a half days later...

I wake up unable to open my eyes. The left side of my face feels numb. So does my right hip and my arm. My hands are being held. My right hand is wet, probably from tears. The other is just being held by someone with thin fingers and smooth skin.
I finally open my eyes. I see on my right is Chris. On my left is Honey. Wasabi behind her. There is also a man, probably her with Chris. The only person I don't see is Myles. Did he die on me when we were back at the house?
It's weird seeing Chris cry, I'm the only one who has ever seen her cry and she doesn't cry that often.
"Are you crying?" I joke. She looks up at me stunned. "Yes! I thought you were gone!" "Why would you think that?" "Your heart stopped, they took the plugs out. They, they, they said you were gone...for good." "Well that can't be right." She laughs a little before hugging me, wasabi and Honey hug me as well. That's when I notice someone standing in the corner. I can make out who it is, it's like they're hiding in the shadow. They're holding something; a blue metal drink bottle.
Honey and Wasabi pull away. Chris stays there hugging me. The man behind Wasabi lifts his head, straight faced. He's one of the new guards for her. I wonder how she managed to let Luke to let her go, to see me?
She finally pulls away. She sighs. I go to sit up but Chris's arm flings out stopping me sitting up. "Uh ow!" "Oh sorry. But you can't get up. Doctors orders." She sighs again. "I'm sorry. Its my fault. It won't happen again." "Uh-" I'm about to ask her what she is talking about when I her interrupted by the nurse. "Sorry, but visiting time is over." They all nod say goodbye and leave.
The nurse looks at me and smiles. "He was right. He said you would make it...he also said you're a fighter. You are."she smiles. "I'm just sorry for what he did. Anyway I'll leave." She shuts the door. Was she talking about Myles? I'm lost in my thoughts when the man behind the door steps into the light. It's just Myles.
"Oh my fu- hey." I say trying not to curse at him. She laughs a little. "Hey back." He walks closer. He looks awful ; his poof is gone, messy hair replaces it. He has bags under his eyes from lack of sleep. His lips are dry and cracked. He looks thinner than before. When ever before was.
"How long have I been here?" "Uh...bout two and a half days." "Wow!" He nods. "How did you know I'll make it?" He sits on the stool to my right. "I knew because you're a fighter. You'll never give up. Never rest until you get what you what you want."
"That's just stubbornness" I sigh. "Or determined" "mmm...right now I'm determined to kiss you." "What will you do to get one?" He asks placing his drink bottle on the floor. I smile. "How about, I love you...a lot" "yea that gets you one." He leans over and kisses me. As he pulls back I feel like I'm melting into the hospital bed. "I've missed that" he says. "Please...never leave me again." "I won't." "No. Promise you won't." "I promise I will never leave you." "I also promise."
"Now come here your lips are cracked." He frowns but leans closer. Once he's close enough I fit my mouth to his. He pulls away but not enough to stop me, so I manage to get his bottom lip in my teeth.
"Uh...let go please." He says trying to pull back. I let his lip go. "Why?" He just smiles. "I have to go back to my room." "Then I'll come." "No, you can't." "Yes, I can." "Please just listen to the doctors orders." "But-" "But no. Justice please listen to them." I nod. "Goodbye kiss?" I nod. We kiss. "I'll see you tomorrow, OK?" "Yep." He leaves. The nurse comes back in.
"He's a nice boy." "Yes, yes he is. But he's with me." "And that's bad?" "Yea. We were best friends...now we're a couple." "Do you love him?" "Yes." "More than just friends?" "Yes." "Good. You didn't hesitate, you love him, and sometimes differences are good." I smile. "Thank you." "You're welcome. Now do you feel OK? Because you can leave tonight." "Really? Wow! Will he?"
"Yes," she giggles. I sigh in relief. We get to go home, well whatever's left of it.
