Justice's pov

Me and the guard walk down the long hall way towards the elevator. As we walk I notice there are no guards standing in front of the elevator.

"Where are-" I'm cut off by the sound of foot steps. I turn but no one is there. "Did you here that?" The guard nods but doesn't seem worried.

"Hey, Justice, can I call you that?" Asks the guard almost scared of what I'll say.

"Yeah."

"Thank you. You can call me, Jake."

"Jake? Where are you from, Jake?"

"Yeah, it's me," he says with a shy smile.

"Really? Why didn't you tell me?" I ask almost crying as I hug him.

"I couldn't, you'd expect special treatment. Witch I still can't give you by the way."

"Not even your brother?"

"Nope."

"You look so different."

"Uh, yeah. Worrying about someone who was like a sister to you, and worrying that your brother will try kill himself when you look away, it kinda changes you."

"What?! He tried to kill himself?!"

"Ops. I don't think I was suppose to mention that. But yeah, he wanted to, he wouldn't admit it because he had to take care of us and be strong for our mother." I nod along to what he saying trying to understand why Myles would do that. "You OK? I don't want to start a fight between you to, but if it doesn't work out... call me." I laugh as we walk into the elevator and notice he has bloody knuckles. And instead of going up we go down.

"What's really happening?" I ask.

"Uh, I'm sorry I had to lie to you. You're not going to, Kate, you're coming with me... and... running." He says running looking away like he already knows the expression I have.

"What?! Running? From what exactly?"

"Luke. He's here and looking for you. He doesn't want anyone but you he won't touch Myles. He wants you so-" Jake cuts himself off.

"So?" He swallows and continues, "So he can torcher what he needs out of... of... do I have to say her name? It hurts me too." I shake my head. "How did he get in here? How? What is it he wants from her? Why won't she tell him? Do I know? Where did he come from? Why is he here?" I groan in frustration.

"Sorry. I know you can't answer any of my questions, I was-"

"Talking to yourself. I know."

After a long moment of silence thee elevator stops with a noise elevators should not make. I look over at Jake and find him cursing under his breath.

"So I'm guessing this isn't part of your plan," I say trying to brighten his mood so it'll make me feel better too. He looks at me and frowns. Well that didn't work. "How are we supposed to get out of here alive and not get caught?"

"We aren't, but, y-"

"No. No I'm not gonna let you die for me. I'm gonna die, if it comes to that. OK? Don't ever say anything like that again." He frowns. "Now the only way to get out of here is to trick them. Open that thing, but don't climb through," I say pointing up at the escape hatch on the roof. He nods and does exactly as I told him. When he's done he stands in front of me for my next order.

"Floor?"

"Not exactly sure but my guess is B-four-four-two." I nod in response.

"How many people did Luke have with him?"

"Uh." He pauses. I nod. He continues, "He had about ten people on each floor, above ground that is. And two with him." I nod.

"How will they get to us?"

"Stairs."

"Good. Now, when we here their them coming you need to-No! I'll climb up there and stay up there," I say pointing to the bar above the door. "Until I see Luke and I'll... I'll... need your gun," I say looking at the floor because I've got a flaw in my plan.

"I have more than one gun."

"That helps... a lot," I say thankfully, "I'll need one." he nods and pulls one out of his boot. "Do you hear that?" I ask listening to the footsteps that are becoming louder by the second. "Pretend you've just helped me up there and are talking to me, OK?" I whisper. He nods as I climb up on top of the bar. I have the gun held in front of me when I'm crouching on the bar.

The doors open and my heart stops. Jake looks as if he just pushed me up through the emergency escape. He looks at Luke and pulls out his gun and points it at him.

"Don't worry, I won't hurt you, but they might," he says with a smirk. Jake lifts his head slightly looking through the emergency escape. Just as he does one of Luke's guards steps in the door way. Jakes gun goes straight to him. The guard freezes just like I have.

Jake groans. "I didn't sign up for this shit," and with that the but of his gun has his the first guards jaw. The other one fires at him but just misses his head and is embedded in the wall. He quickly grabs Luke's arm and spins him into a wall. The other guards shoots again but repeats what he did no longer than five seconds ago. Jake kicks the guard and manages to hit the guards head on the wall. He quickly pulls out hand cuffs and hand cuffs all three.

"Come here," says Jake reaching his hand up to me, I gladly take his hand and jump off the bar and follow him out the door and over Luke's and his guards. "You, stand there," he says letting go of my hand. I watch him drag the guards into the elevator. It's when he reaches Luke I realize I should of helped.

"You...you need any help?" I ask looking away.

"No, I'm done." he steps inside and pushes a button and jumps back out. "Let's get you out of here."

"No. What about Myles?" He looks away and grabs my hand and runs towards the stairs.

When we reach the door with 626 in bold, I franticly knock on the door. After a moment I hear Honey say something then open the little sliding door-thing on the door.

"Oh. Your back," she says opening the door. I jump in but Jake lingers in the door.

"You coming in?"

"Uh, I-" I grab his hand and pull him through the door.

"You need to see your brother, tell him... you're OK, tell him... that... well," I'm lost for words but Jake gets the idea and continues my sentence,

"That I missed him, and that I took care of you when he wasn't here." I nod. He closes the door and follows me into our room. I find Myles where I left him.

"Hey, baby. There's someone here who wants to say hello," I try say biting back my tears but tears run down my face as I speak. He turns his head back and rolls over.

"Why you crying, baby?"

"Hello... brother," says Jake stepping forward. Myles frowns for a second before, "Jakeey?" Jake nods. "Oh god I've missed you bro," Myles says getting up to his knees, Jake sinks to his and they bro hug slapping each other on the back. After a while Myles' eyes open and stare into my own. He smiles and raises an arm up from Jakes back and holds my hand. I smile at him with blurry eyes from the tears running down my face. He pulls me down to my knees and pulls me close.
