It's the moonlit night of the month. The moon is shining bright in the clear sky. he was in balcony by his room spacing out staring at the city view until his phone buzzed showing someone calling

"...." he stayed quiet after picking up the call. "Why are you still awake? Don't tell me you are still mourning over what happened months ago! FOR GOD SAKE IT WASN’T YOUR FAULT FOURTH" the other person on the phone said. *still there was no response from the another* "*he sighed* Iam coming over tomorrow to your place, we"ll talk about it." the other person on the call said again. "No! Don’t come. It's the last day  before my Uni life starts and I want some time to face off everything" finally he responded. *the other person on call just sighed in defeat and ended the call saying okay*

Ending the call he started thinking of the incidents happened in the last years...

Flashback~ (1 year back)

I was walking by the road heading to my favourite cafe. Suddenly I felt something dropped on my shoulder. A cherry blossom! I looked up to see the trees full of cherry blossom and a smile appeared in my face immediately. Finally my favourite season spring came! While happily humming on the birds chirping and not so cool air I reached at the cafe. The owner there opened up the door for me before I could do and gave a smile. "Long time no see!" she said still smiling. "I was busy with my 11th's finals and plz not so long. Just 20 days." I replied smiling back to her. "Still it felt like decades as you are always our regular customer after all" she said dramatically while accompanying me to my usual table. "Just say you all missed me" I replied with a grin plastered on my face. "Yeah yeah" she replied with a mocking tone and added more

"So Where's your dear lover today? Isn’t he coming?" "Uhm uhm what are you both gossiping about me huh?" another voice got heard and we knew who exactly it was. "See, my dearest lover came. Happy now?" I said in a mocking tone. And the next thing I got a smack in my head. "Ah how dare you hit my one & only boyfriend?" he asked her trying to sound mad. "Ask your one & only boyfriend why I did" she replied in a mocking tone not even feeling guilty of what she did. Then after a few seconds of silence we all started laughing.

"You guys will never grow up" she went away while saying this to us. "You Alright? It’s not really good to get hit in this morning" he asked while sitting in the opposite chair of mine. "It's ok, Iam already used to it" I replied reassuring it’s alright. "So usual orders or tryna something different?" he asked looking at the menu card. "Just the same milk cake, the cold coffee and the chocolate chip cookies. Damn I missed them a lot in the last 20 days" I replied with a pout recalling how much I missed them in the last few days. "You only missed them? Didn’t miss me?" Hearing that a smile crept on my face knowing well how much I missed this person but still I didn’t want to say it just directly so I replied "missing you? That wasn’t part of my syllabus?" He just chuckled on my reply knowing very well that I was just messing around. "But I missed you... Really... Very much..." not an unexpected reply. Before I could reply our order came placing it on our table. "Enjoy!" the staff said and left. I started digging in as I was hungry by the smell of the freshly baked cookies.

As I was eating I felt two eyes staring at me with a smile on the lips. "Am I looking like a mad man who hadn’t eaten for days?" I asked. "Not at all. I was just admiring a beautiful guy aka my boyfriend eating his cookies. he is looking just so adorable" He replied literally smiling and blushing on his own words. "Is that any sarcastic way to say Iam looking ugly?" I asked that instead. His smile dropped hearing my words and he started eating his food. Did I say something wrong? I thought. I didn’t say another word and finished my eating. Seeing the person in front of me sitting I could sense that he was sulking.

"Ok what's wrong?" I asked cause I knew something was already wrong. "Nothing" he replied not even looking at me? How dare he huh! "Ok Iam sorry. You know na I still can't take compliments in good way" I explained with a pout and he sighed finally looking at me. He hold my hand and said "I know I know but I was also just being honest about what I was feeling" Yeah I couldn’t blame him for that.

If I could ask for any perfect boyfriend he would be the one. We've been together for a year now and plz don’t ask me how it started. If I say it was like an arrange marriage. I met him through my cousin as he was the buddy of my cousin's boyfriend. One day she introduced me to him and told us to give each other a chance. Then we started everything from the scratch, slowly the feelings grew for each other. We confessed just after few months of knowing each other and by now it’s been a year already. Time really flies! And right now I am with that person who is claiming he has the beautiful boyfriend and how much he loves him which is unfortunately me.

Why unfortunate? Ok as I said he is the perfect boyfriend but the way he always just compliments me in every way possible, the way he flirts like he is still hitting on me bt not my boyfriend yet is annoying sometimes. I mean in a cute way, not that I never liked it but love it. Actually sometimes I just wanna mess around that's why I sometime give such replies which make him sulk and it just happened as y"ll can see. So it's unfortunately fortunate haha! That’s how our love life is. Others think we are the perfect couple but I think it’s just we made it perfect by our efforts and love for each other. Eww too cheesy, right! "Fot? FOURTH?" "Ah! What?" "where you were zoning out?" Oh so I was zoning out thinking all those. "Nothing, just stuffs" He just nodded knowing this is one of my great habits.

Just then rain started pouring outside. "Wow! My two favourite season in a mix!" I exclaimed excitedly looking at the outside. As I was looking I spotted a familiar figure drenched in the rain at the opposite flower shop of the cafe. "Nonie!?" I turned to look in front of my table to find the same guy I just spotted outside was nowhere to be found there. And I knew exactly my eyes didn’t lie. The cafe owner came beside me seeing me clueless of what's happening, she exclaimed "Isn’t he just too much perfect to do these? Sometimes I wish my husband was also a bit romantic like him" I playfully elbowed her. "When did he even went out? I didn’t even notice" I replied being all clueless. "Just when you were so focused staring at outside instead of your beloved boyfriend." Before I could say more someone called "P'jerry, you have some single customers too. Pay attention to us also. Don't be just stick with the couples" As I was just about to turn around to see who was jealous of us and stated that a bouquet of my favourite roses was presented in front of me with a man holding it while all drenched in the rain. Such a scenario!

"P'jerry, do you have any spare towel?" I voiced out and she immediately came with a towel in her hand. Taking the towel I finally came across to look at my beloved boyfriend and I started wipping his drenched hair without saying anything. "Iam sorry" he said looking down. "Thank you" he immediately looked at me being all clueless of what he heard. "I said thank you for the flowers?" and a smile crept on his face. "Anything for you" saying that he hugged me holding my waist. "Eh stay away from me! You are all wet, don't make me too"

That was our usual things. We mess around sometimes(actually only I do), we become lovey dovey suddenly, it’s just how we express our love. And that's how my love life is...
