"DAMN HOW COULD HE JUST DISAPPEAR?" I almost yelled in frustration and seeing the shocked expressions around me I quickly apologised and sat in my table.

"What happened? Are you okay?" Phi jerry came running towards me. I just breathed in and out before answering "yeah Iam Alright. Plz don’t worry, you can go back to work. The customers might be waiting" "ok tell me if you need anything" she said with an assuring smile & left.

Then I looked back at the sticky note in my hand. It was the last note I got from him including my reply which he never got cause he didn’t come anymore. It's been almost two weeks he last gave the note and yeah I came almost everyday to check but all effort went in waste. I kept it hanging there for a week but I just pulled it out and kept it in my bag cause there was no hope left. I didn’t even get to know his name or whatever about him so even if he pass by me I can't recognise. At that moment I was more like desperate and looking like a fool. Even a month ago we weren’t part of each others life then he suddenly came to my life, stayed for 1 month and then just left out of nowhere? What the fucking logic behind this part of my life, I couldn’t get it anymore. I started thinking on what or how went wrong. It would sound crazy if I say I fell for him but the way I was reacting I didn’t know myself. It was like he approached me when I needed, made it better like healed the wound a bit and then left? So why did he come if he had to leave? Was it my fault?

It was almost new year approaching and p' jerry invited us to celebrate it together in her cafe. It was decorated in the cozy Theme. There wasn’t much staffs around as phi gave them day off to spend the new year with their family but still some were left there and he invited some more of her regular & close customers.

And here Iam, Even with my close ones around I was feeling lonely, It's just felt like I was missing someone and then my eyes spotted the wood board as the memories with that stranger started flowing in mind. I was blankly staring onto the ground when a staff came to me handing me a drink. I just took it without noticing there was a small note hanging in the glass. As I started drinking it unknowingly I felt my hand touching paper instead of glass and saw a note? I immediately pulled it from the glass and read it

    Missed me? And new year should be celebrated with smile, not with frown you dummy

That's when I looked up at my surroundings and it was full with familiar and unfamiliar people. He was there but who was he and how to find him in the crowd, that's what lingering on my mind. And I was gonna approach phi jerry to inform her about this, but mark & satang pulled me outside.

As we stepped outside there were fireworks on the night sky indicating it’s already new year, new day. I was so lost in watching that I forgot about the incident. After a while suddenly it clicked in my mind and I rushed inside to find phi jerry but I found the staff who handed me the drink.

"H-hey, who put the note in my glass?" I asked panting. "It was a guy, maybe a guest in the party." she replied. "Can you plz show me who's it?" I asked with a hope. "I guess he already left after giving the note" she replied looking around. Agh he again left without answers. So I lost the chance again to find him...

I woke up by the sound of my alarm that I set last night. I checked my phone screen after turning off the alarm and it was showing 7:05 am. I yawned and got off the bed while checking my calendar If it’s really the date. I whined seeing the right date and went to freshen up.
