-Professors Date-

A day before Valentine's day

We were working on our projects as usual in the library when keen suddenly spoke up "Ah fourth, I forgot to thank you for the cupcakes. It was so yummy, thanks" Hearing that I looked up and saw him smiling at me. "It's okay, keen. The pleasure is all mine" I said and looked at Sea who was already staring at me with a frown.

"Didn’t you like it?" I asked him and he replied "it wasn’t bad". Tsssk why acting so tough though. But keen added instead "you said you liked it so much when I fed you yesterday?" Hearing that gemini and I looked at each other with a small smile appearing on my face.

"So you fed him?" gemini asked to Sea "Yeah he asked me to feed him" keen replied innocently. "Maybe that's why sea liked it sooo much" I teased and Sea's face was red like tomato while being totally speechless.

After a while of teasings a girl suddenly approached our table shyly "Excuse me?" "yes, how may we help you?" keen responded with a smile. But the girl came nearer to gemini and middle of me & him sitting. Then she shyly handed out a chocolate box to gemini.

"Phi, it’s for you" she said and I felt the smile on my face disappeared. I didn’t know why I was suddenly feeling anxious and didn’t want him to take it at all. Like what was happening with me! I was just gonna excuse myself to go for washroom when I heard gemini saying "Sorry, I don’t eat chocolates" and refused the offer continuing what he was doing.

I kind of felt relief on his that action didn’t know why though. Shouldn’t I feel sad for the girl that she got rejected? But the next scene gave me the rollercoaster ride of my emotions. The girl just smiled and took out another box from her bag and if I wasn’t wrong it was written 'jerry's cherry' on the box. So it was from phi jerry's cafe!

She handed out the box again saying "I got the Tiramisu from your favourite cafe, I know you like tiramisu" So he also likes tiramisu Just like the gu- "Sorry but still I can't take it" my thoughts were interrupted  in the middle hearing that from gemini. The girl's smile disappeared and turned into sadness.

And keen suddenly spoke up pleadingly "Phi take it na, if you won't eat then we will do. Just take it" I immediately looked back at Gemini still hoping he wouldn’t listen to keen. Gemini sighed and replied "I will buy you later keen and Ms, no one is taking it. Thanks for your effort but I don’t like when someone invades my privacy finding out the things I like or I do not"

I finally smiled but realising it I quickly composed myself. The girl left from there and then Sea said "Phi you snatched the chocolates away from me yesterday saying you like chocolates but you just said you don’t eat chocolates. I didn’t get it?" Gemini looked at me for a moment and responded

"I did eat your chocolates don't worry. And I don’t like taking stuffs like that, also I ain't idiot like you to not get hints and still do stupid stuffs" he said the last part glancing at keen. Sea looked at Gemini in confusion. "What do you mean?" Sea asked and Gemini  just scoffed & said "The weather is so nice today, right?" hearing that random line made me chuckle so I looked away to control my smile.

It was 5 pm when we finished our work and we started packing up for leaving. "Phi, you are taking me tomorrow to the cafe for the Tiramisu" keen said to gemini and he just nodded. "I heard it stays too crowded on Valentine's day" I stated and keen looked at me. "Oh yeah It's Valentine's day tomorrow! Wait why don’t we all hang out then? Or do you all got plans already?" keen asked glancing at 3 of us.

"I don't have any" Sea Replied and gemini got along saying "I don't have too" Then all eyes were on me. "Ah I mean my friends invited me on their dates but I'd be just third wheeling Between them so I guess this is better plan" "omg finally we are doing a group hang out yayyy" keen exclaimed in happiness.

Next day we decided to be out at 4 pm and keen told me he was gonna pick me up. I was waiting in front of my building entrance when a car got parked in front of me and the glass of the car window got Down revealing Gemini? Wait what was he doing here?

"Get in" he said taking off his sunglasses. "Huh? Keen is picking me up. Why are you even here?" I asked him instead. "Keen actually told me to pick you up" he replied. "I don’t think he is that irresponsible to put his work on other person" I said and he fake chuckled. "He got lured by the offer of Sea picking him up so he sent me here instead. Happy now?" he explained and I just scoffed.

"Woah, that bish will get beaten by my hand" mumbling that I went to get in the car, opening the door of the backseat. But after opening it I was surprised to see 3 flower bouquets in the seats and no space to sit.

"Are you going to sell flowers today? Please remove this so I can sit" I said and he just replied being unbothered "I saw an old lady was selling those flowers while coming here so I brought them. And Do I look like a driver to you? Also here's already seat for you in front, if you wanna sit there so badly then remove it yourself" "you are driving the car so doesn’t it count you as driver though?" I replied back while getting into the passenger seat as I couldn't just move the flowers away. But He just ignored my words and started driving.

As we reached on the park where we agreed to meet, we spotted keen waving at us happily.  I quickly went to him for confronting. "Ai keen, you really ditched me for this guy huh?" I spoke pointing to Sea. Keen's happy face disappeared and spoke "let me expl-" but before he could say Sea scoffed and said instead "you know he has priorities" saying that he just grinned at me and left while keen followed him giving me a nervous chuckle. Gosh I wanna murder both.

At the end we were walking around together. Sea and Keen in ahead  of us while me & Gemini behind them. Suddenly keen stopped walking and said to Sea "Sea, isn’t that your Prof? I forgot the name" and we all looked at where he was pointing. Wait Prof Book? With a man? Holding hands? Are they on a date?

Then I heard Sea saying "oh that's his boyfriend, Prof force From management dept" then I spoke up "how did-" and that bish cut me off in the middle again. "I went to meet him once in the office room where I saw them both kind of flirting so it's like I caught them and they both told me about it" "woahh" me & keen said in unison while Gemini stayed as unbothered.

Sea suddenly called out "Prof Bookkkk!!" and they both looked at us. Then I saw them coming towards us smiling. "Wow you all are together here? On a date?" Prof book asked. "Tssk date with these guys? I'd go on a blind date instead" I replied and heard Gemini & Sea scoffed while both Professors laughed on it.

"They aren't bad though, you should try with one" Prof book said. Hearing that I scoffed and said "not even in my next life and they aren't bad but annoying" I whispered the last part to Prof book and he chuckled. And I added more "honestly I would give it a try with you but I see you are already taken. Maybe in next life"

"NOT IN ANY LIFE" finally prof force spoke up and we all laughed while prof book shyly hit prof force. "Awwie you both look so good, take care of our Professor well" I said to prof force and he nodded smiling.

After the encounter we started walking again and now my eyes landed on a familiar faces. I stopped walking observing them to make my doubt clear and I was right. "Prof Tay and Prof New?"
