Deadpool trudged through the snow-covered forest, his breath visible in the frosty air. Beside him, Blade walked with a practiced, silent stride, her eyes scanning the surroundings with a mixture of curiosity and mild irritation. Deadpool, however, was anything but quiet.
"That logo music just gets you pumped, right?" he began, his voice breaking the serene silence of the forest. He glanced at the camera that seemed to follow them. "I'm sorry, I'm just excited to be here. It's been a while. For a long time, I wasn't sure I'd ever be back. Disney bought FOX, there was a whole boring rights issue, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But then, it turned out that they wanted me! The one guy who shouldn't even have his own movie. Much less a franchise. That was all so stupid."
Blade rolled her eyes but said nothing, letting her brother continue his monologue.
"Look, we know the title of this thing, so I know what you're wondering," Deadpool continued, his tone shifting to something more serious—at least by Deadpool standards. "How are we going to do this without dishonoring Logan's memory? And I'll tell you how. We're not. I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Wolverine is not dead."
He paused dramatically, letting the weight of his words hang in the cold air. Blade stopped walking, now fully paying attention.
"Sure, it made for a perfect ending to a very sad story, but that's not how regenerative healing factors work. You think I want to be out here in beautiful downtown North Dakota, digging up the one and only Wolverine? No, thank you. But the fate of my entire world is at stake. He may not be living his best life, but he sure as hell ain't dead."
Blade sighed, crossing her arms as she looked at her brother. "You really think this is a good idea?"
Deadpool grinned beneath his mask. "Oh, Blade, it's not about good ideas. It's about the best bad ideas. And this one? This is gonna be epic."
The two of them reached Logan's grave, the snow crunching beneath their boots as Deadpool came to a stop. He glanced at Blade with a mischievous grin before grabbing a shovel and starting to dig. Blade stood by, arms crossed, watching her brother with a mix of skepticism and curiosity.
"Bingo," Deadpool said triumphantly, resting the shovel on his shoulder as he caught his breath. "Yahtzee." His grin widened under the mask, and he pumped his fist in the air. "Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes."
He looked around, as if expecting something miraculous to happen, then turned to Blade with an exaggerated expression of excitement. But his smile quickly faded when he realized that nothing was happening.
"Damn it!" he suddenly shouted, slamming the shovel down on the grave in frustration. "Son of a bitch!" His voice echoed through the silent forest as he lashed out again, this time striking the two wooden sticks that formed an 'X' in front of the grave. The sticks splintered under the force of the blow, and with a swift, reckless motion, Deadpool snapped the shovel over his knee.
He tossed the broken pieces aside, one of them narrowly missing Blade. She jumped back with a startled, "Woah!"
"Fuck! Motherfucker!" Deadpool roared, his anger boiling over as he stood up, fists clenched. "My world is fucked!"

Deadpool slumped against a fallen log, his earlier rage seemingly drained from him. On one side sat Logan's skeleton, a silent and eerie reminder of what once was, while Blade settled down on his other side, her expression a mix of concern and exasperation.
